Renaissance Reno Downtown Hotel & Spa

Pros: The spa was an absolute delight. Dining by the riverside was excellent. The whole experience was wonderful.

The first day was much better

Pros: The location is good. Everything was reopened, but we only stayed one night.

Cons: You can valet or park but they didn’t tell me that there was a parking fee when I checked in of $20 per night. I got some ticket paid it and it charged me for two nights which is absurd.

Pros: Quiet location, friendly staff. In walking distance to the National Auto Museum. The Shores restaurant at the Renaissance was amazing. The Bocce/sports bar was a lot of fun.

Cons: The room was smaller than anticipated. The bathroom had no fan and was not very private and, the sink was cracked. It was not easy to connect to the WiFi. Watch out for extra hotel/resort fees.

Wonderful stay

Pros: The hotel was extremely wonderful and the staff there were amazing from checking in to checking out and the restaurants and bar were very good. We would definitely go back there and we will recommend it to family and friends.

Cons: Very nice place to stay, nice to set out side by the fire and look at the river.

Great Location Very Comfortable

Pros: We wanted a place close to the river. We loved the location. We wanted a place smoke-free. It was nice that there was not gambling in the hotel.

Cons: We didn't like paying for parking. We thought that it should be included in the price of the room.

Pros: The location is one of my favorite locations and the only hotel I stay in when I come to Reno. I enjoy the restaurant and atmosphere. I would like to say thank you to Trevor at the front desk. His customer service is amazing. Wish more people were like him. Holly and Katy at the Shore Room were amazing. Katy always made sure our drinks were full and has a pleasant attitude. Holly was a delight. Always making sure everyone is taken care of and very pleasant attitude as well. Really enjoyed our stay due to these 3 wonderful people.

Cons: I think the coffee place should be open longer and find better service. One girl that works there was great, but the rest were awful. I did not get the employees name but she worked the day of the big storm on the 4th of February. She was great.

Wonderful View Amazing Night

Pros: It’s very clean and the staff is amazing and very friendly, also helpful and great when room services was requested

Cons: Our view was not at the location we wanted but we had a view

Clean and comfortable rooms and a great restaurant in an excellent river front location downtown.

Pros: Great location and restaurant. A little pricey but great food and service. Rooms needed better lighting but were very comfortable and quiet.

Pros: Service and staff were the best I have encountered. They were extremely friendly.

Beautiful view and beautiful hotel!

Pros: The hotel is beautiful and clean! The staff was super friendly and accommodating! I highly recommend this property. It is priced higher but I think it is well worth it.
