My favorite place to stay in Reno.

Pros: Great Customer Service, plenty of parking spaces, room size was spacious, overall excellent place to stay over.

Cons: Not staying for a longer time.

Decent clean stay near the city

Pros: Room was clean and spacious. Located near the city. Free parking

Cons: Breakfast was listed as free but was not given. There was only apple and coffee for free breakfast. That was misleading

Pros: Breakfast was really good, coffee, tea, pancakes, milk, cereals, and more. Location is good, almost 20 minute walk from the airport. Wifi in every corner. Staff was really helpful!

Cons: There are only stairs to get to the 2nd floor, so if you carry luggage, it’s kind of uncomfortable.

Pros: The front desk staff was awesome. Kind and thoughtful, and had lots of jokes. They really made it great.

Cons: Limited breakfast but that is not an issue.

WE WILL BE BACK

Pros: I have bad hips and usually have problems walking the morning after I stay in a hotel. The beds are usually too hard and I don't sleep well. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The beds are softer but not too soft. I get a good rest and have no problems the next morning. Great bed, clean and easy to get to the room. This is our go to hotel!

Pros: Customer service was really nice! Rooms were great, . Shower head had great water pressure, Tv has youtube

Cons: Bathroom smelled like paint, room was alittle dry with or without the fan on.

Had a good rest

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. Also there was no noise outside the rooms.

Cons: The coffee machine didn’t work and one lamp wasn’t turning on.

Pros: Nicely updates and overall clean. I feel the rooms could get a little more detailed clean ing attention, the garbage I. Room had some leftover from previous guest, the coffeepot water fill area was covered in grounds. The floors may need better mopping,
