I really liked my stay

Pros: Staff are mostly quite helpful and friendly even at 5 in the morning. Although I had some challenges with the bed, it was very clean and lots of pillows

Cons: I sleep on a padded mattress so the springs in the bed were very noticeable to me

Ok for a short amount of time

Pros: Free parking, good coffee and pretty good breakfast

A great stop in or out of Reno

Cons: The aircon in the room was hard to fall asleep to being noisy, but we have had that everywhere, so maybe it's just us.

Pros: Quick complimentary airport shuttle, spacious room, with air-con, microwave and fridge. Quiet and clean.

Great location and helpful staff, however, extremely disappointed with no vegan breakfast options.

Pros: Really close to the airport which was great, and food/petrol etc close by. We checked in really late as our flight was delayed so much, but the staff were very accommodating and our (very large!) room was comfy, quiet, and great.

Cons: It could do with a little refresh downstairs as the room surprised us with how nice it was after assuming it might be a little worse just based off the lobby and hallways.

Pros: Staff were friendly. The room was great - large king sized bed plus couch and chair.

Cons: A/C was loud but drowned out any other noise. Lift was slow

Pros: Very accessible to the interstate and the staff were friendly.

Cons: The bathroom didn’t have the shower gel or shampoo.
