Perfect

Pros: Beautifully clean, microwave little kitchenette which actually had plates, cups pots and pans etc, room warm, amazing views of the mountains and water, breakfast included hot and cold selection was great, will be back

Cons: Nothing, wished we stayed longer

Very Good!!!

Pros: I was very impressed from checking in and all the way to check out. I asked for extra sheets and towels from the front desk and they promptly got those items for me and the tv remote needed new batteries and the front desk got us a whole new remote. I am in a wheelchair and they made sure I had a room close to the lobby and helped me several times getting my stuff in my room and made sure I could access easily. We had two wonderful days at this hotel

Cons: I did call again for extra towels and sheets on the second night and I called the front desk and was told I needed to come to the front desk to get them. As I said I am in a wheelchair and I had trouble opening and closing my room door and I was told that the reason she couldn’t get them to me was because she was working by herself and couldn’t leave the desk. It took me about 10 minutes to get to the desk and when I arrived she wasn’t at the front desk. She was in the back and there was now a second employee at the lobby

Pros: Great location. Beautiful lake and Mountain views. Right next to a lake trail for walking.

Great location, but...

Pros: The facility is clean and safe. I would stay here again. The king suit is spacious.

Cons: The breakfast buffet wasn't the best, slightly burnt and all gone before they closed. There was one lady working, bringing food back and forth from the kitchen, and to top it off, my boiled eggs had shells still on them. We decided to eat somewhere else.

A lovely stay

Pros: The breakfast was good, especially the oatmeal and all the goodies to put on top.

Cons: Booking.com didn't disclose the $150 pet fee and $20 tax on top of that. Quite a surprise.

Pros: The property is beautiful, clean, and offers so many amenities (although we didn’t have time to utilize them.) the complimentary breakfast was delicious and had many different options. The room was so pretty, I was impressed with the kitchenette and its inclusion of cookwear! The bed was so comfortable.

Cons: There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like. It was wonderful.

Clean, comfortable and cozy

Pros: It's clean and comfortable with big space. I like particularly the kitchen and also the small lake nearby which is perfect for a walk.

Cons: We came to do ski and this location is still a bit too far to the ski resorts. But the value of the place is great - I have nothing yo complain.

Pros: The room was clean and spacious. The clerk was friendly and helpful upon arrival. There was an issue checking in, even though I had made and paid for a reservation through booking.com. The reservation could not be found? The location was close to a casino, shopping center and restaurants, which was a bonus.

Cons: The check in process. I paid for a room through booking.com my reservation could not be found. So I paid for another room not knowing I would be charged again. It was an inconvenience to get the situation cleared up and having all of the pending transactions on my credit card.
