Best Western Plus Sparks-Reno Hotel

Pros: Very comfortable, clean, helpful staff, good facilities

Cons: Breakfast wasn't great quality

Pros: They allow dogs that is so Great ! Would recommend ! Will return ! 😃 Everyone was very helpful The place was very clean.

Cons: Other dog owners not being responsible... 🙄, but dog areas still kept up by staff very nice..

Pros: This hotel has a pleasant, inviting, warm, cozy aroma wafting from the lobby through every floor. The customer service is wonderful. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are always clean. We stay here every time we are in the area for the weekend or a night out. Love it!

Cons: The parking is difficult in the back.

Pros: Excellent hotel. Room lovely. Very clean, spacious and well equipped. The included breakfast was excellent and included good hot food. The staff were always very helpful and friendly. Easy to find, straight off the freeway and a huge car park. Choice of decent restaurants close by for dinner. Good WiFi. Would stay again.

Pros: Very pleasant, clean and friendly hotel. Like the big quiet rooms, good Internet, the free fruit and cookies in the lobby. Good breakfast.

Cons: The only thing was no hot water for tea in the breakfast room, you have to walk to the lobby to fill the cups and then back to the breakfast room. It would be so simple to have a flask of hot water in the breakfast room as many hotels do.

Pros: Very clean hotel, building is well maintained, front desk is very nice

Overall this was a good experience and we would stop here again on our next trip to RENO

Pros: The staff was excellent and the shuttle was a PLUS in our minds and we used it. It was quit and well maintained.

Cons: This property is advertised Online as having a restaurant and bathtubs in rooms...is does NOT have either. Turns out the restaurant is permanently closed. The breakfast was nothing really...worse than other overnight hotels. We passed on it and eat breakfast out.

Rooms was nice, location was okay. Breakfast not so good.

Pros: Room was nice. It was clean and spacious. Big screen TV, and the wifi signal was great. Staff was welcoming, and helpful. Overall it was a nice hotel.

Cons: Breakfast was cold and limited. The seating area at the time was jam packed with a bus load of teenagers. No place to sit. Not a great place to serve breakfast in the lobby. There is a large seating area that is more suited for this, but is closed off. Looks like it used to be a restaurant at one point.

Pros: Simple but nice breakfast provided. For those who are not join the membership, there's no bottle water in the room but could refill water bottle by using water dispenser at lobby. Comfy and warm at room and have enough spaces for luggages. They also have shuttle bus service to pick you up from/to Reno airport and it's easy to reserved the service.

Cons: Cannot connect to the WiFi... so I used mobile 4G network instead.

Worked for us

Pros: Stayed during the Reno Air Races, the hotel was very busy. Breakfast area was busy, but the staff did well replacing items. The standout for us was the free shuttle to the Casino where we caught the bus to and from the races. Exceptional service. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: No restaurants nearby, except for Dennys. You need a car to get to restaurants, supermarkets, shops etc.
