Great value and location

Pros: Nice and clean, good price, comfy bed and a big tv. Everything was like new.

Cons: It was a little busy, and you had to go to reception for a hairdryer.

A wonderful experience

Pros: Beautiful hotel! Very clean and modern Lots of people with animals, but despite this I had no allergies in the room, very good maid service. Very grateful to the receptionist Angela, nice girl, helped us very quickly with the room, despite the fact that it was already night.

Great simple, clean and well positioned stay.

Pros: Clean, good sized rooms, with all facilities, fridge, freezer, microwave. Positioned well just of the freeway and close to shopping and vast food selections. It’s position next to Sparks Marina Lake Park made my morning walk lovely. Staff were welcoming and very helpful both on check in and for other supports, laundry and gym which we both used. Breakfast was simple, yoghurt, granola bars, oatmeal options, fruit or coffee but all we needed.

Cons: Laundry is only card operated and several machines had errors with the card machine. A non issue for me as it wasn’t busy but imagine that could be an issue if it was.

Overall stay was peaceful, close to shopping and restaurants, also near lake with walking path

Pros: continental style breakfast was accessible before 5 am. juice, milk, fresh fruit, cereals, yogurts and I think also toast. I have a 5 am start time for work, so this was a well provided service. The hotel also provides some dishes and cookware if requested although I am not sure if there is any cost.

Cons: Pillows are small, so anyone that prefers a larger and softer pillow might want to bring one. My bed was firmer than my bed at home but I had a good sleep. The hotel has a trash room that for at least one night the cans where over full.

Large room. Great 1.5 mile around a lake right next door.

Pros: I liked how large the room was and the divider between the two beds so my mom and I could have a bit of separation. Hot coffee and tea available for breakfast. I would prefer a hot breakfast though.

Cons: When I booked the room, I sent a message with the reservation asking for a bottom floor room and explained my mother's medical condition along with my pet's needs (I need to be able to get him outside quickly). I got there and there were no ground floor rooms. I ended up with a room up the elevator. My key card stopped working mid trip. The last motel I stayed at provided hot coffee and tea all day long and I really appreciated that.

Pros: Close to family and to great, but without the noise of the latter. It was also located very close to great eateries and shopping. Also dog friendly.

Cons: Breakfast was very basic, but the advertisements on the TV world lead over to believe that hard boiled eggs would be available. A protein option other than yogurt would have been great.

Pros: The staff was friendly. The room was clean along with the rest of the hotel. Good location. The continental breakfast was good.

Cons: Having to go down to get basics for the room like hangers, dishes, blow dryers. Maybe it's a high theft area? In the bathroom it would have been nice to have a makeup mirror (attached to the wall), a shampoo dispenser, a blow dryer supplied there. The room above was crashing something at 3am. Desk said they would call and tell them we had complained. The noise continued for a short while more. We were then afraid someone was going to bang on our door. We thought the complaint should have been anonymous.

Good place to stay for the price.

Pros: The staff was friendly and the facility was clean. It was nice to have coffee available with breakfast.

Cons: Having to go down to the desk for hangers, hair dryer, and dishes. No shampoo available. A dispenser would have been nice,

Very quiet room, even though I was on a road I never heard any noise and there was a little view

Pros: I like the location as it was close to the freeway and close to some restaurants. I love that it was extremely clean and spotless and air-conditioning and TV remote were very easy to use.

Cons: I didn’t really use the breakfast, but I went and looked at it and it’s more just grab and go

Pros: Location was great, rooms were big, and beds were comfortable.

Cons: No coffee maker in room
