Pros: The location was fabulous, the sunset view from our terrace stunning. The pool was perfect at the end of a day exploring. The staff the friendliest I’ve encountered in a long time .

Pros: This is a wonderful base to explore Death Valley. The Hotel is spectacularly located right on the edge of the valley. Rooms are good and the pool is fantastic. There was a small mishap with luggage when being transported from the car to the room. The Hotel managed this in a responsible manner with fair compensation being offered.

Cons: There was a biliing error where the room charge for 4 nights had been charged to my credit card twice. Whilst this was accidental, it took some while after leaving the hotel to finally sort it out, requiring several phone calls.

Must stay location to full experience Death Valley!

Pros: Unbelievable location. Very special to chill out in the gorgeous pool after a day exploring the valley. View from the terrace and the main building are stunning! Nice cottage with comfy beds and golf carts to move around the property.

Cons: Such a memorable trip, breakfast was the only negative. Not a bad breakfast but could be better to match the rest of the experience.

Excellent place to stay at a unique location in the middle of Death Valley

Pros: The setting of the hotel is superb, the casitas with access to the garden are beautiful and the facilities (swimming pool, tennis) are excellent.

Cons: Dinner food selection could be better.

Wonderful stay and would love to return.

Pros: An amazing location - an Oasis in the middle of Death Valley. Grounds were stunning and a very classic hotel with great history.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: This was just a fabulous hotel and we wished that we could have stayed more than one night - we were just passing through Death Valley and did not think it would be a good idea to stop for too long.

Cons: There was nothing that we didn't like except the restaurant was quite expensive and subject to the ludicrous American tipping regime which can add a huge amount to a meal for 6 people.

Pros: We stayed in one of the villas. Was very clean, spacious, and had surprisingly good wifi. Food was good but quite expensive.

Cons: Getting to and from our car and hotel in a golf buggy was a challenge as the roads were very bumpy. But that's just nit picking. Also the car park is not paved and looks like a building site tbh.

Excellent two night stay.

Pros: The terrace to watch the night sky was fantastic, the hotel was clean, quiet, and very comfortable.

Cons: It may sound silly but the pool was too hot! It was a very nice pool area but it was just too warm for me.
