Did the job. Would stay again.

Pros: Location convenient, close to others things. Friendly staff.

Cons: Other guests were loud but that’s not the hotels fault if people are inconsiderate and let their kids run around on the top floor late into the night.

My new go to place to stay

Pros: Staff was super friendly. Place was over all quiet and clean. My son left his backpack and when we realized it 5 hours later the staff had already found it and had it in lost and found.

Cons: I liked everything. Only negative I noticed was that the room was a little worn, chips in the bathroom counter, kitchen floor uneven, paint thin in spots on the cupboards. But nothing that affected my sleep

Pros: I. Loved that it was a clean stay. The employees were very helpful and kind.

Overall a very good experience. Just a few tweeks and it could have been an outstanding visit.

Pros: Stove access allowed for a home cooked meal. The room had hardwood floors which is more sanitary than carpets. The kitchen was the best part of the stay.

Cons: The pillows definitely needs attention. Very flat and not comfortable. When I asked for additional pillows, I was informed that a manager was not available and the request couldn't be fulfilled. Biggest suggestion is if you are not going to supply soap & shampoo unless requested, please offer it during check in. Instead I have to read signs in the room which caused a separate trip to the front desk. Next suggestion, after returning from getting soap and shampoo from the front desk, I learned I had to request silverware at the front desk which involved a 2nd trip to the front desk. Everything I needed was supplied but the extra trips due to communication early was a tad disappointing. I'm used to the Residence Inn which has silverware and pans in the rooms that have stoves/ovens. I don't mind requesting, but I'm I'm booking a room with a stove, those items need to be requested, it would be a better experience vs. making trips back and forth.

The hotel was very nice and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Pros: The room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast room was very pleasant and clean and the food was good. The front desk person was very nice and friendly. We were a bit disappointed that there was a $50 fee for our very short stay (overnite) for our well behaved, friendly doodle.

Cons: No complaints about the hotel (it was lovely) , the rooms and grounds were very nice and the breakfast was good. The location was very good, lots of nice restaurants nearby and if you are traveling, good to know the hotel is well located.
