Pros: The rooms are very big as that beautiful real wood it's very very quiet and peaceful nobody bugged you and is very homey feeling about it and it's tremendously good price so I personally love it and it feels like a little apartment just get away and relax cuz I'm dealing with trying to find housing and trauma and I go there for peace so it's a big deal

Cons: There's some ants in the bathroom and there's some cockroaches I know but that's kind of like everywhere you go so instead of keep your stuff up and clean it's haven't bothered me really

Pros: The rooms are spacious & clean! A 7Eleven store walking distance along with a few more options around the area.

Cons: Once you enter the building where the rooms are at, you’ll smell the cigarette scent lingering around but you get what you pay for. There’s homeless people out in the back inside the gate which I was skeptical about parking my rental but didn’t end up having an issue :) Heard some people complaining about the AC not working, it’s a hot or miss sometimes. The architecture gives 1800s Old Money aesthetic but it’s mid for not upkeeping with it. No pool, or fitness room or laundry room

Pros: Nice location if seeing an event or visiting the university. Fair pricing. Front desk was nice and efficient.

Cons: No operable ice machines. Filthy. Homeless camp in the parking lot.
