Quality Inn & Suites Gilroy

A place to stay with good value, clean, quiet and in a good location.

Pros: The room was very clean and comfortable and very easy for my handicapped Husband to access. Good parking and place to walk our Terrier around on the grassy strip at the side of the property. The breakfast was really good, especially the waffle, and sufficient for us even with no eggs or sausage. Helpful staff and comfortable eating area. We will go there again if visiting family in Gilroy.

Cons: The bed could have been a little cozier with an extra blanket or comforter. Felt a little cold until we found and turned the heater on. Also the hours for breakfast were a bit early for us, but we managed.

Great staff. Basic room.

Pros: Breakfast was basic. I wish there had been some protein (even peanut butter would help). The staff was exceptional. They were welcoming and efficient and the one problem I had with my tv was handled quickly.

Cons: Interior could be refreshed. But it was great value for the $ and location was very convenient for recreational shopping.

Pros: Front desk awesome. Needed a restroom on check in. They quickly filled that need! Amenities and room were well worth the price. Quiet. Thermostat worked so room didnt get too hot or cold.

Cons: Nothing!

Quality stay

Pros: Recently renovated, close the freeway and outlets. Friendly service and reasonably priced

Cons: I couldn't get up early enough for thier complementary breakfast 😩

Comfort and peaceful

Pros: Property was clean and neat. Breakfast was great! Waffle machine with multiple other options for breakfast like yogurt, toast, pastries, coffee, juice and tea’s available! Rooms were comfortable and clean upon arrival and something I do truly appreciate is how the staff don’t come banging on your door asking for room service. They waiting until our checkout to go and clean up after. Very great stay would recommend!

Cons: Not much to dislike truly this place was great, only thing that is a hit or miss would be location it’s right off the free way but that’s not really a bad thing.

Nice place to stay in Gilroy

Pros: The room was clean and convenient, property was well kept, the staff was efficient and friendly.

Cons: The fact that you had to either watch a movie or sign up for the rewards program in order to use the Wifi was annoying, and the breakfast could have been better. No eggs or anything warm except make-your-own waffles.

Pros: I did not have breakfast....I was hoping for fresh fruits, hard boiled eggs, real syrup for waffles...less sugary items.

Cons: The Direct TV is very confusing...not user friendly.

Pleasant Stay

Pros: Facility was well maintained and clean. Nice pool and from second floor, you can see the mountains and hills.
