Pros: Great location and price. The rooms are very presentable and very nice.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was that on the day of my stay there was no signal on TV 🤣.

Would stay here again, for a quick stay!

Pros: It was nice & cozy! Beds were comfortable, the room was clean, bathroom was big! I also liked that we were able to park right in front of our room. The area is a quiet area! The property is right across the train tracks, so you can hear the train passing by. Didn’t bother me! I think I only heard it once, so it doesn’t pass often.

Cons: The property is a bit hidden! So you gotta pay attention as you get closer to the address! The water pressure in the shower wasn’t as great & the warm water took a while to come out. Got the job done tho! LOL!

Pros: There was no breakfast. The room was clean. The water pressure was very low and hot water was minimal. I was disappointed that we were charged cleaning for a pet for two nights, as we declined service for the first night

This will be my go to every time I need to rent a room and I will recommend Budget to family/friends

Pros: Everything! The cost to stay here was reasonable. Location was nice and quiet. Honestly the outside looks like it would be outdated on the inside because its an older looking building but I was wrong. Its very much updated inside with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of towels, Plenty of room and very clean! I was impressed how clean it was and the privacy was so great!. Parking was right outside the room, just a few steps from the door. The rooms are more like little studio apartments. It didn't feel like a hotel. Best of all, they provide shampoo and conditioner hair product AND body wash. Pump size bottle and they smell great. This is the only room at this price that provides these products and its a huge plus.

Cons: Don't have anything negative to say. (Maybe a 12 O'clock check out would be nice.)
