Pros: Very nice hotel with the possibility to connect rooms

Cons: there is a train track nearby, and honking trains are quite loud

Had a nice stay for a one nighter.

Pros: The beds were comfortable. Loved the pillows. Everyone was very friendly.

Cons: Bar closed early. However, my friend and I were able to visit at the bar until midnight. Everyone was very accomodating.

All in all I had a pleasant stay but the room endowment could be replaced with modern ones

Best hotel in Modesto!

Pros: Very clean and lovely modern atmosphere! Love the warm cookies you are given upon checking in. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The valet is great and affordable! All around this is always my number one stay when we travel to Modesto.

Pros: I booked the hotel for Modesto Marathon. The starting line of the marathon is right at the corner so it's very convenient for me. There's a garage right across the street for 12/night so parking is no issue.

Excellent and will go back!!

Pros: The room was clean and spacious. Loved the barn door for the bathroom. Very inviting room. Lots of outlets for phones and computers.

Modern, clean, and good location for nearby business meetings

Pros: Was modern and clean; had valet to avoid the parking garage option, and valet was not much more expensive than daily parking fee. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, with crisp sheets, lots of pillows.

Cons: Having the bar open earlier so that you can grab a quick bite upon arrival would have been perfect.

Convenient and comfortable

Pros: Close to our location meeting location at the Stanislaus County Office of Education.

Cons: All was fine. We were able to pay $35 for a late checkout at 4 o’clock, but it wasn’t complimentary as it is in another hotel chain where I am a member.

Pros: We liked the spacious room, comfortable bed, and friendly staff.

Cons: We had dinner at Maxis and had to return the food as it was cold. They did remake it and it tasted good. They did give us a 10% discount on our meal. The temp throughout the hotel was very cold, not sure why. Also our room hallway was very noisy with an overserved guest. When I told the desk upon checkout they were very apologetic and did give us a discount on our stay.
