Perfect for what we needed

Pros: Spacious room, clean, breakfast buffet was great - very reasonable price!

Authentic and nice!

Pros: Very nice place! Personnel was great, they were polite and friendly, providing us all information about Yosemite before we even had any questions - and I liked it. Room was simple but authentic, there was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It gave me vibes of twin peaks sometimes, in a positive sense. Breakfasts were bit poor but it’s ok if you stay for two days. It took 20-30 min to get to Yosemite park if you choose the shortest way.

Lovely stay, great staff

Pros: We had a wonderful time on this hotel, nice clean room, beautifully decodmrared reception and good breakfast in the morning. We really enjoyed out stay. We went to see the pool but it was a bit busy. It look great though

Comfy, has everything someone needs, nothing too special

Pros: Cozy motel-like Inn with big rooms, a bit dated maybe, but charming and probably great in the summer with a pool etc. there was a laundy room and gym which was nice.

Cons: The breakfast buffet was okay, but maybe a bit more healthy variety and less overcooked eggs would be good. The drive to Yosemite Southgate was okay, but o the valley it’s 1.5h

Overall well worth the stay if you're visiting the Yosemite area.

Pros: The breakfast was extremely good. The location was great as we were able to walk around town quite comfortably. We ate dinner one night in there dinning room , and it was great value. Small brewery across the road was very inviting.

Cons: Some of the car parts were a bit small, and we got blocked in.

Pros: The joint public areas and surrounding gardens added really lift the overall experience, as does the larger than average room size, and obvious care with which the property is cared for. All staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. I found the beds on the firm side (the others in the party were comfortable, and we appreciated having a bath tub available for our daughter, laundry facilities on site, and decent breakfast (including cook your own waffles, standard, toast, cereals, milks, fruit, other hot foods (bacon frequently ran out- which is fine, there were lots of other options). I also appreciated the fresh spring onions etc that you could add tot the lightly spiced breakfast potatoes. If you have older/less than great knees I’d also warn you that the toilet seat was suprisingly low in our bathroom. There could be other options available on site.

Cons: For me (older, side sleeper) the bed was a bit too firm. But others in my party were fine.

Great stay and breakfast

Pros: Great accommodation! The breakfast was perfect before a long day of hiking.

Good option for seeing Yosemite

Pros: Comfy beds, lovely mountain decor, friendly staff, good restaurant on-site, great in room coffee

Cons: No hot water in the shower, Luke warm
