Pros: Well they're starting to get to know me and I'm happy about that I like the fact that I get my deposit every morning when I leave

Cons: That there no rooms with tubs anymore because I love to soak in the tub when I can

Pros: The whole stay was perfect. The coffee was great and the young lady at the desk was a peach. Very pleasant and friendly. Everytime I go to Sac I will be staying there.

Cons: The only thing missing were vending machines for snacks and drinks. It wasn't a bad thing but would have been nice.

Low price. Perfect for my time of need

Pros: What I liked the most was the young lady, Sh’koyia that works at the front desk. Every time she saw me she would ask if I need anything. When my neighbors were loud she went down personally and asked them to keep it down and didn’t mention that it was me complaining at all. I’d give her 20 out of 5 stars

Cons: I didn’t like the other guest. Too much noise and going in and out of the rooms all night. The property could also do a better job of cleaning around the building, like the stair cases and parking lot. The trash is always running over. They might need to hire someone.

Pros: Location, location,& location. Light rail within 5 minute walk😃 . Plenty of units/machines in laundry room, plus the convenience of 24-hour access. Karen at the front desk was very helpful.

Cons: The shower didn't work more hot then cold and door was open smelled like smoke had no shampoo or soap
