Pros: The hotel had all the facilities my family needed. Amazing and spacious rooms. The fully fitted kitchen was very useful. The central location was useful and close to restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The warm cookies at reception was a great touch.

Clean, modern, relaxing environment. Nice staff.

Pros: very clean, modern, staff were very nice. The breakfast was good and the area clean. The small touches were the apples for a snack and a bowl of dried lavender to out in a pouch.

Pros: The location was perfect . The breakfast could have been available longer. Not everyone wakes up at 6am when they’re on a vacation.

Cons: The wasn’t a lot of breakfast choices for vegans and it wasn’t available for long enough.

Very comfortable and clean property.

Pros: The staff was incredibly helpful. We had a complicated check in with some of us arriving earlier but everything was under one name. I called and the desk staff helped streamline it so that there was no issue with the separate checkins.
