Pros: Breakfast was good. Staff was kind and helpful. Room was nice.

Cons: My room never got cleaned during the entire stay.

Great hotel in Sacramento!

Pros: Location is midtown, was perfect for us. Room was great: good quality, up-to-date, the bathroom is superclean and bright. Perfect gym downstairs!

Cons: The bar area was not so clean (floor and chairs), this could be given a bit more attention.

Perfect room for a confortable stay for a family of 4!

Pros: Our family arrived a bit earlier than expected and than the checking time in Sacramento but the team had our room already prepared and that was fantastic, specially since Sacramento welcomed us with 29 degrees celsius while we had woken up at 1 degree that morning, it was nice to be able to get changed and explore the city with a proper outfor for the weather. The room had all we need and more, we were not aware of how well equipped are these rooms in the Hyatt House.

Cons: Nothing really, breakfast was complimentary and while as europeans we are used to more fresh fruit in breakfast, I would say it was good enough.

Pros: Brillaint hotel, breakfast was great, location was ideal, staff very helpful!

Cons: Wasnt aware of the the hotel fee ( which is normal ) $75 a night deposit.

Great and safe location

Pros: Location was perfect for a concert I attended. Bed was comfortable and shower facilities were good. Friendly staff.

Cons: Breakfast was nice but cold. Walls seemed thin as I could hear any noise in the corridor and the lifts moving.

Had a wonderful stay, great location, staff and facilities were fantastic- if we head back to Sacramento in the future,

Pros: Location was great, just around the corner from where we attended a concert. The room was fabulous and spacious, the staff were wonderful

Cons: There was nothing to dislike but it’s worth noting the hotel is a cashless property

Best in Santa Cruz

Pros: Everything looked new and clean. Room was a good size.

Cons: Breakfast could of had more of a selection. Car park fee was a bit rich considering you can park on the street for free.

Comfortable room, good facilities and stylish restaurant.

Pros: Period building. Reasonably close to restaurants, longer walk to Capitol etc. Good sized room with sofa and kitchen facilities. Ice machine in corridor. Good breakfast. Attractive restaurant with friendly staff and good happy hour deal.

Cons: No on-site parking, only paid valet. Slightly grumpy reception staff on arrival.
