SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Sacramento Cal Expo

Great location for aftershock, nice breakfast, kind staff, budget place to stay. Not for families.

Pros: Friendly and effective staff, great location for going to Aftershock festival. Nice breakfast options, restaurant is buffet style, comfy and large beds, clean room and easy to access the whole facility, within a good budget. Had pool but I didn't use it. Good wifi quality. I loved the late night attention, as you can get some snacks for those situations where you are checking-in late.

Cons: Too much single use plastics for the restaurant. Weed smell comments are true. Hotel $100 refundable deposit took me by surprise, as it wasn't in the booking description. I had to ask for that refund 2 weeks after the stay, so there wasn't any automatic refund when using credit card. Refund was immediatelly and successfully done.

Pros: I didn’t get to try the breakfast. I didn’t know where it was located in the morning. I wasn’t informed by staff on arrival and was extremely tired from a 5 hour drive and forgot to ask.

Cons: The grounds could have been cleaner and the staff nicer and more informative.

Pros: The staff who works for breakfast room, she is very nice and friendly, room is great.

Cons: The juice machine was broken that made my kids being very thirsty, the breakfast room was so dark, just like eating in a dark room.

Pros: I like the fact that you're right here at the interstate you have things that you could eat right here near the the motel there is also Costco's Subway Wingstop winged out it's very nice location.

Cons: The disrespectful people that come in late at night

Pros: Well I've always liked the convenience to everything in this location that's why I stay every chance I get more often than need it but I'm here.

Cons: The noisy neighbors they were fighting just about every night and late at night that was the only problem I had.

Pros: It was quiet and clean and the staff were very helpful and very friendly.

Cons: The shower was an open shower for a disabled person. I was hoping there was a curtain or shower door but there wasn't

Good Stay in Sacramento

Pros: I enjoyed most of the property's features and amenities. It is located 3 to 5 minutes from Downtown and Midtown Sacramento. Plus, the location allows you easy access to the freeway for day trips. I loved the generous breakfast and spacious rooms. It is one of the cleanest hotel rooms (and bathrooms) I have stayed in for the price point.

Cons: There are a lot of people in the breakfast room each morning. You may not find space to sit down. It takes staff time to replenish the food, and the availability of certain things can be low. Also, some of the breakfasts can be dirty, and there isn't enough staff to handle those details.

Pros: The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean plus their breakfast rocks !!!!

Cons: Maybe some guests were a lil loud and night time but other than that it was nice .
