Very cute place

Pros: Very friendly check in staff, very cute place all over, cool pool table room - we enjoyed a game or two, the room was very nice - it was more a little apartment. The main room had a very comfortable bed, good bathroom and half kitchen. Just outside room also ice machine. Very calm surroundings.

Cons: The room was sold to us as a 4 person place with the main room and the sleeper sofa in living room. But the sleeper sofa was terrible. Very loud when pulled out - the springs making noises ever turn or move you take. We pulled the mattress out and slept on the floor on it. Complained to front staff - they offered to switch rooms after first night but we declined as staying only two nights. But def. that room is only for 2 or then the sleeper sofa needs to be upgraded to proper one.

Spacious Comfortable Suite - Friendly Staff

Pros: Friendly staff. The suite was spacious and comfortable with a kitchen (with oven and dishwasher!) dining space and lounge area with a large sofa. It was just out of town but in a convenient location for us with restaurant and bike rental store just a couple of minutes walk away.

Cons: Nothing- all good

Fantastic

Pros: It’s very spacious, clean, comfy, adorable gas fire pit, which makes it a luxury stay after a long day of snowboarding. When I arrive at my lodge, I usually do not even want to leave for drinks with friends-as I have everything there.

Perfect for a long term stay as well as just a few nights in the Tahoe area, epecially adults.

Pros: The apartment-like set-up of the unit was perfect for our needs, two single elderly ladies. The nice bathroom with toilet & shower/tub separate from the large vanity area, had entrances from both the bedroom and living room. We used the living room couch as a second bed. Linens & pillows provided. The kitchen was nicely stocked with good size refrigerator. Though we didn't use the fireplace, the aesthetics of it being there gave a warm feeling to the ambiance. The complex is attractive and very quiet due to being off the main road, yet had easy access to all restaurants, shops and activities in the area, but having a car is a must. The hot tub was fabulous! The entry lounge area was very attractive and welcoming, but it closes at 7pm, which is just about the time we might have wanted to use it. Parking was always available. Free laundry facilities was an added convenience. One of the ladies at the front desk was especially friendly and helpful.

Cons: The after 7pm check-in procedure could have been perfect if we could have had an easier time opening the key box. The next morning check-in was very welcoming. The complementary coffee/tea & fruit area, across from the check-in desk was so garded that it felt unwelcoming and we did not use.

Pros: Everything. Outstanding location and wonderfully friendly staff. The accommodation is a time share and allows for full self catering, which suited us perfectly for our 2 night stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable and it felt just like being at home.

Cons: Nothing. I couldn't find anything to complain about.

Kingsbury Crossing

Pros: Rooms spacious, well equipped and clean. Staff friendly and helpful ( and we saw bears, an uxexpected treat. Location good.

Cons: Limited choice of restaurants within easy walking distance in evening but that's a very minor issue. Red hut next door did excellent breakfasts.

Recommend lodge, cozy and comfortable

Pros: Cozy lodge with a great vibe. Rooms are very comfortable and have a nice view into a wooded area. Beds are comfortable. It's located relatively close to the city center and there is a gasstation and Safeways nearby.

Cons: No breakfast offering, with exception of the free breakfast on Saturdays. Staff could be a bit friendlier, but was caring and helpful overall.
