Pros: I rented the most affordable room. Everything was clean, recently renovated. The staff at the reception were very helpful. The room had everything I needed, and most importantly, a large smart TV. The origami made from toilet paper was very amusing 😂. I will definitely be returning to this place.

Cons: It would be great if it were possible to buy drinks or water on the hotel grounds.

A great good value hotel but front desk staff need better training.

Pros: A well appointed one bedroom unit in a good area close to everything but quiet. Nice and clean. Good WiFi. Well appointed kitchen and facilities. Fantastic comfortable bed. Staff were polite.

Cons: Whilst polite the staff didn't add a lot of value. We received no response from our various queries through the official booking.com site. We asked for a plug for the kitchen sink but received none and no communication why. A little proactivity was lacking! This despite no dishwasher yet dish rack and teatowel provided. We ended up washing our dishes in a saucepan as the hotel rules required us to wash and dry our dishes! Not good for an otherwise high class facility.

Pros: The staff was very friendly, the facilities were clean and comfortable, it was a very pleasant stay.

Good value for money

Pros: We loved the hotel’s location, close to the beach and convenient for us to get to. We stayed in the large apartment, which has a comfortable kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms – very convenient for a family. The beds were very comfortable, and the towels were soft. The pool and jacuzzi are open until 10 p.m., which is great The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking is close to the room.

Cons: The kitchen floor was very slippery, and the kitchen was not as clean as we expected The bathroom also was not clean enough in my opinion.

Good place to stay if Handy location and Hot tub are priorities

Pros: Fantastic outdoor Hot tub, good communal coffee facilities and pool table, easy walk to all the shops restaurants, heavenly gondola and bus stops.

Cons: The staff culture is not a get up to greet you kind of place, however they are pleasant and I worked out which ones were better to ask for help with general enquiries pretty quickly.

A lovely place to start, next to a beautiful lake! Couldn’t have been happier :)

Pros: Right next to the lake, which is beautiful! The hot tub is also a dream! Parking was right outside the room!

Pros: Walking distance to the beach, our room was clean and spacious, even though the temperature outside was dropping very low during night the room was still warm without turning the AC on. Dogs are more than welcome here :) Beds were super comfortable!

Cons: It’s not something we didn’t like, but it would be useful to place a microwave in the room (there’s one available in the check-in area)

Lovely location and comfortable room.

Pros: The rooms were spacious and well maintained and very clean. Very comfortable bed and facilities. Did say tea and coffee but no milk for tea as I think this is a very English thing. Very close to a lovely beach - you do have to pay £5 dollars each but worth it as the property is great value. Fab pool!

Cons: Nothing comes to mind.

Worth staying for 2 nights
