Great location for family stay close to Heavenly gondola.

Pros: Fabulous friendly staff at check-in and reception, throughout our stay. Well appointed kitchen and very comfortable beds. Close to gondola and lots of bars and restaurants. Fantastic breakfast!

Great base for skiing at Heavenly

Pros: Very convenient for the cable car for skiing. The included breakfast is good. Our building had covered parking which was useful when it snowed Not particularly luxurious (a bit dated) but it was clean and good facilities. Walkable to all the restaurants in the village and casinos

Enjoyable and much cheaper than the Marriott across the road! Similar rooms but with breakfast.

Pros: I liked that breakfast was included and that the rooms were comfortable and fairly well appointed. The sofa bed for the kids was slightly creaky, but they seemed to manage OK. kitchen had basics in it.

Cons: It would be nice to have somewhere downstairs to leave your ski equipment rather than having to climb up the narrow staircases with them.

Great location and value!

Pros: Location location location! 2 minutes from Heavenly village and gondola. You just can't beat how close it is to everything. Also, the staff were pleasant and the hot breakfast was good.

Cons: The facility is a bit outdated. The furniture is a little older, very minimum items for kitchenware. Definitely need a pizza pan.

Excellent accomodation

Pros: The location was great and easy walk to local shops & restaurants. We got an upgrade to the presidential suite which was amazing. Breakfast was included as well as daily wine for an hour which was complimentary

Pros: The location is great, quiet place, with windows to the backyard with a pool. Close to the points of interest. There is a pool with a jacuzzi and a bbq area for common use.

Cons: Nothing serious. Jacuzzi was broken 1 day, but was fixed and became usable on next day.

Amazing accommodation for our first real Snow experience

Pros: The location was right in town, so close to the lift and also not far from the casinos if you wanted to venture down that way. Breakfast was delicious and stocked very well.
