A luxurious room with an amazing view and extraordinarily comfortable bed!
Pros: The bed, linens, etc were exceptional. Very comfortable and fresh. We had a very top floor room and the view out over the lake was amazing. The pool was quite nice and very refreshing. The shower was lovely and huge!
Cons: The hot tub wasn't working and after the long drive would have been really appreciated. The main dining room wasn't open that night, so food choices were limited. The interior on the main floor was a bit dark, but then, it is a casino......

Friendly staff, great views, nice small casino
Pros: We really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The staff at the reception is very friendly and very helpful, they gave us a lot of great tips and recommendations. The room was great, very large, at the top floor and with an amazing view of Lake Tahoe. The casino is small but very nice. You actually have the time and space to play a table game, if you like that, and interact with the dealers. The location is great and still close to all the other nature attractions around Lake Tahoe. It was my first time at Lake Tahoe, and the hotel experience contributed to the fun we had there.

Cons: No free parking for resident's hotel! spa, pool, and fitness work till 8 p.m., better till 11 . Because all guests in the evening are walking near Lake or have a dinner

Wonderful place to stay!
Pros: We loved everything: - The room was nice and clean, with a huge bathroom - The staff was super friendly, caring, and helpful. We were staying in Vegas just two days earlier and it was such a striking contrast to the tired and borderline rude receptionists of the two hotels on the Strip that we stayed at. Cons: Nothing to complain about. We initially were placed in a smoking room by mistake, but they moved us to a different room right away, without a wrinkle - very efficient and helpful staff.

Nice room. just a heads up the website can be misleading
Pros: The staff at the Ciera steakhouse in the casino were absolutely wonderful. The room was nice and we could tell that it was a non smoking room. It did not stink
Cons: FYI I couldn't tell if there was a tub, there wasn't. In the pics it looked like there was a balcony/slider but it wasn't mentioned in the room description, there wasn't. It looked like there used to be, but was no longer operational. The website said there were massages available in the spa, but when we got there we were told that they don't have massages

Lovely experience, will be back
Pros: I liked the shower room the most. The bathrooms seem to be new, and they have done an amazing job! So spacious. The room was lovely. Not a fan of carpet in any place I stay but this was ok. I would have preferred a view of the lake, but the lady had trouble finding one, so we just stuck with the side view of mountain. Some small issues with the lift, they definitely need more. Heard lots of complaints around check-out time just trying to get down. Gym was well equipped and the pool was a good bit of fun. Pool a bit cold, jacuzzi a bit hot but everyone's preference is different, right?. Wish I had time to try the escape room and axe throwing. Overall, this was a lovely hotel and would 100% definitely stay again.

Pros: Spacious rooms, nice casino floor, good restaurant, close to lake tahoe walk or by car
Cons: During weekdays not all restaurants were open limiting choices to eat, no clubs inside were open. Parking very low ceiling 6,8ft clearance
