Great location but expensive for what it is.

Pros: Location! And the rooms are suites giving you some separate space from the bedroom.

Cons: Water pressure was poor. No outdoor pool. Lots of additional charges at checkout for resort fee, occupancy tax and parking … made it an expensive stay.

Pros: Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was great - very spacious, nicely furnished and well kept. Location was great.

Cons: The valet parking was very well organised and the guys friendly but it was very expensive and I'd much prefer to self park. Food in the bar and grill was not very good although service was.

Pros: Good location New and fresh looking Good size room

Cons: The air conditioning unit was so loud i thought it was broken. However staff confirmed it is always that loud. I had to turn it off to make sure i could get to sleep. But then i could hear next doors air conditioning unit… Parking is very expensive

Cosy, warm, clean and spacious rooms!!!

Pros: This hotel was one of the greatest surprises of our road trip, we booked it very last minute mainly due to the very interesting price and we got an incredible room/small apartment, with bath robes, separate dining/living and bedroom, super comfy beds in a warm and nice atmosphere where everything was spotlessly clean. It was very well located to explore the incredible surroundings of Lake Tahoe and it suited our family of 4 very well. The café next to the hotel had also incredible nachos that they would also bring to the room! All in all we enjoyed it very much.

Cons: I think while the gym was very well equipped, the swimming pool was bit too small and crowdy which did not fit the rest of the experience, I would expect a better swimming pool facility in such a resort!

Fun family-friendly hotel in an excellent location.

Pros: Great buffet breakfast, just disappointed it was only available at the weekend. Great location very close to the Gondola. Great to have self laundry facilities on each floor of hotel. Loved the large bedrwith separate lounge area, perfect for families.

Cons: The pool wasn't very clean & very strong chlorine.

Pros: The hotel was stunning. Loved the reception area, location to Heavenly Ski Resort was very convenient. Room was good size with lounge, small kitchenette and bathroom
