Pros: Clean even though that had a minor bit of construction

Cons: Pay for parking, no extra mirror in the room for spouse to get ready and lighting was dim. WiFi not good enough for zoom meeting.

Pros: It was clean both inside and out, the room was clean and newly renovated. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Liz checked us in and she was absolutely AMAZING! She greeted us with a smile she was friendly and professional!

Great stay

Pros: It’s was aim a perfect location for what we were doing. And the front desk staff was excellent!

Cons: The location was under construction but that will make the hotel even better so what are you gonna do!

We will definitely stay there again and will be recommending it to our friends.

Pros: The room was spacious; the bedding was comfortable; everything was nice and clean; the breakfast was great; the employees were friendly and helpful; the WiFi and television worked great and in summary, staying there was a very pleasant experience. We will definitely consider staying there if we visit Sacramento in the future and will also be recommending it.

Cons: There was nothing that we didn't like.

A great place to stay for events at Heart Health Park

Pros: This was a great location to walk to the Cal Expo area for a Sac Republic match and brewfest and save the cost of a ride. We didn’t walk back after dark, but the daylight trip was an easy 10 minutes or so. The A/C initially wasn’t working for us, but we called the front desk, and someone came right away and adjusted something to get it working. We slept in and can’t comment on the breakfast, since we skipped that.

Cons: Someone knocked on our door before checkout (about an hour before it), and it made us feel pressured to get out the door immediately.

Pleasant and comfortable stay

Pros: The room was nice and clean. The front desk (Brandi) gave excellent customer service. The morning front desk personnel was very courteous as well. Breakfast was decent.

Cons: Didn't know about the parking fee of $10 or $250 for incidentals until the day I checked in. Very surprised to get that information on the day of check-in. Will definitely come again.
