Thoroughly enjoyable. The hot spa and pool were great.

Pros: Great breakfast, cooked and cereals etc. Coffee and other drinks available.

Peaceful

Pros: The breakfast was great. I’m from the south. No grits, but the oatmeal was great. Location seemed safer than other hotels in that city, so happy to have something new and safe.

Cons: I saw A (1) baby roach on my last day in the bathroom.

Would've been perfect if I had known about the deposit in advance

Pros: Overall the place was alright. Couch was comfortable. Shower felt great. Appreciated the in room coffee maker, and the staff was very helpful.

Cons: I hated the fact that even though I paid when I made the reservation, there was NO advance notice that a credit card or cash deposit was required on top of the room price, even though by then the room fee was non refundable. If I hadn't happened to have $200 more in my account than I was notified was needed, I would've been out the room fee, and never had the room. That's completely unprofessional of your company.

Pros: Staff was friendly, was clean and felt safe while our stay.

Cons: They didn’t have and extra pillow or blanket. Next time I will bring my own.

Pros: Friendly receptionist, The lobby and rooms smelled fresh and they had the clean fragrance of bleach. This is important to me because, as a doctor, I have respect for the disinfection of facilities to decrease the chances of picking up viruses or germs. I was impressed, to say the least.

Cons: No trash cans outside of the lobby in the front.
