Amazing Location .. Outstanding View.

Pros: Amazing location in front of Lake, with outstanding view. Few minutes from downtown, church, snow parks and ski parks as well. Very good breakfast and comfortable rooms and beds. Staff very kind, and again: outstanding view.

Cons: I asked for a room service at dinner. And actually, that meal was not so good. But this was the unique complain from me and my family.

Great stay near Tahoe City (the quieter end of Lake Tahoe)

Cosy charming hotel with spectacular views on Lake Tahoe …

Pros: The location, the cosiness, the bed was really comfortable. Spectacular views on the lake. The deck and the restaurant are very good as well as the food.

Cons: Parking is difficult ! Hotel guests should have allocated parking spaces for the duration of their stay at the hotel ! The breakfast offering is disappointing and hotel guests should not be expected to clear up plates and cups !

Location, location, etc. Highly recommended. A meal or two at the restaurant is a must.

Pros: All of the staff were exceptional. Friendly, courteous and helpful. The restaurant was superb. Excellent menu and wonderful food. The outlook could not be surpassed. Relaxing in front of the huge wood fire of an evening was a bonus. Thanks to Maureen, (probably incorrect spelling), she was a trooper. She never seemed to relax. Always on the job. She, Lisa and Joe should all be congratulated for their dedication to making sure their guests were comfortable.

Cons: I requested a non-adjoining room when booking but, to our disappointment, we got an adjoining one. Naturally we heard our neighbour but only briefly and not too disturbing. Our air conditioner unit was just too noisy to use of a night. It was a free standing unit and was probably installed as the ducted air con did not work. We've had noisy units before but this one was next level. Hopefully the situation will be addressed asap. Apart from that we were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend the hotel to others.

Wonderful location directly by the lake

Pros: Wonderful location directly by the lake. Friendly staff and nice treats such as afternoon tea with cookies and complimentary water bottles

Overall it was a wonderful stay.

Pros: Loved the location, room, restaurant, bar , and the staff were extremely friendly….being welcomed with a glass of Cava was a great touch. Breakfast was not as expected, did not know it was a light continental breakfast would prefer to pay for a hot breakfast at the Sunnyside Resort or go elsewhere such as The Fire Sign cafe which I highly recommend.

Cons: Our room had a connecting door, and unfortunately we could hear everything the other guests were saying and doing. On the positive side the room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Sitting on the balcony was a huge plus, we truly enjoyed that part.
