Belvada Hotel

Pros: beautiful old style hotel with a cool story. It is great to see them honor the history of the building and town

Stunningly beautiful hotel!

Pros: The Belvada was a stunningly beautiful classic vintage hotel which we loved staying at. It took us back in time with its authentic character, colourful textures and amazing furniture and decor. Our room was large and comfy. The bathroom was spacious and clean. There was a coffee machine and fridge which was helpful to have too. The cafe downstairs was great for coffee in the morning. The Mizpah across the road was where you had breakfast and dinner and the meals were totally delicious. Also loved the Native American paintings/ portraits in foyer.

Authentic place, friendly staff

Pros: We were passing. Stayed for one night. Authentic place. Staff was nice.

Cons: We didn’t stay long. Nothing I can think of.

Perfect for a short stay in Tonopah. Best there is to offer

Pros: Absolutely spotlessly clean hotel and prime location. Really good value for money price too. Had dinner at the brewery up the street- ideal

Cons: The hotel has no options for food or drinks which I think is a real shame considering how nice it is otherwise and the grand lobby area that could be used to have a nice evening drink or food. Really missing a trick despite the sister hotel the Mizpah being across the street you can go to.

Was a perfect location on our road trip

A fabulous and quirky hotel in a fabulous and quirky town!

Pros: This hotel has been decorated to a very high standard with good quality fittings that really take into account the history of this very quirky establishment and town. The rooms were also a fabulous size with a full size fridge instead of the usual 1/2 size.

Pros: Historical hotel building with a lot of personality.

A very pleasant surprise for a one night stay

Pros: Beautifully restored hotel, well equipped and very comfortable, with a lovely shower

Cons: Street noise (trucks) at night disturbed us, easy to stub toe on corner of bed frame

Pros: Good, historic hotel. Beautiful lobby. Supposed to be haunted but I didn't see any ghosts.

Cons: The hotel was a bit empty, the main crowds were at the neighbouring Mizpah hotel. The high room price didn't even include breakfast.

Excellent and interesting place to stay!

Pros: The building used to be a bank but was converted into a bank around 2020. The conversion was excellent - the bank vaults have been converted into little lounges. The decor for the entire hotel is very tasteful and in keeping with the style of the building. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy - around the back of the hotel in the Tonopah Convention Center car park. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommended

Cons: Nothing really. Even having to go across the road for breakfast - to the Belvada’s sister hotel, the Mizpah, had its benefits. It too had originally been a bank and on the walls were framed cheques cashed by celebrities such as Mae West and Sharon Stone. The free breakfast was excellent.
