Best Western Plus Truckee-Tahoe Hotel

Overall good but food and coffee were not edible. Internet went in and out during our stay.

Pros: Check in was quick and easy, rooms clean, good location.

Cons: Food was not very good. Perhaps some better options. Coffee was horrible. We would consider staying more often but this was a big drawback. I would be happy with fewer options but better tasting and quality. Internet was a bit spotty.

Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Pros: Staff at breakfast were fantastic. I have recommended your hotel just for the breakfast. Well the pool and Jacuzzi is a big part of it as well.

Cons: Hotel needs new carpet.the side entrances need to be shoveled. The front desk staff should have higher sitting barstool-like chairs. They should try to smile more and be a little less hometownish.

Cons: The only bummer was that the fire pit by the pool was out of commission, as was the hot tub :0( However, these two minor things in NO WAY affected the absolutely FANTASTIC stay we had at Best Western Truckee :0)

Pros: Lovely location, with a really good breakfast and ample parking

A reasonably priced location but not within walking distance of a town.

Pros: Cooked breakfast was appreciated. Outside guest doors made it easy to bring baggage to our room. Two or three restaurants close by. We ate sushi at the Drunken Monkey.

We enjoyed our stay and will plan to book here again for future needs in Truckee.

Pros: Mobility accessible room as requested, Well appointed and very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was exceptional, and served by very friendly staff . Only negative was no decaf coffee option on the beverage machine. Price was reasonable for the area and good value for the money.

Cons: Room was at the far end of the 2nd floor, which seemed a bit ironic for an accessible room. But there was an elevator, so it was not really a problem,

Cons: Our first room was not clean (dirty heater / air conditioner), had not been vaccuum cleaned and the air conditioning unit looked like it was going to fall off the wall. Our second room was slightly cleaner but the heater didn't work (but got fixed after we alerted the front desk). We only had feather pillows (lots of them) but the front desk staff organized hypo-allergenic pillows after we aaked.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Pet friendly. Great breakfast.

Pros: The staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious the location is perfect and the facilities are great
