Pros: Well positioned Clean room Very confortable bed and lining Good nespresso in the room

Cons: They forgot cleaning our room Breakfast too caotico and service should be improved, almost all food sold out and with people touching and getting make a bit a mess and not super higienic. Should be more organized and staffed

One night stay for airport shuttle pick up in morning. Exceeded my expectations! Definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros: Great stay. Very comfortable! Beautiful remodel! The staff - especially the cleaning staff - is fabulous.

Cons: The 25.00 USD for a fairly typical buffet breakfast and 20.00 USD per night for parking felt like hidden fees and left a bitter taste. But overall, lovely, especially the staff.

Great location for a snow trip

Pros: Our room was nicely appointed and the bed was super comfortable. It was close to Soda Springs Resort which was our destination and close to good food in Truckee. We also had a billing issue and the staff was very attentive, helpful, and issued us a refund very quickly.

Cons: The AC unit in our room was really loud. Also, there were some issues we guessed were due to the hotel being understaffed - long wait for food from the restaurant, housekeeping mistakenly skipping our room, staff being unable to find our reservation when we called prior to our stay. That being said, all staff were professional and kind and apologetic for any inconvenience. We would stay here again.

Great location near Truckee and Northstar Ski Resort

Pros: Loved the rooms, fitness center, spa (whirlpool), and the lobby and library areas.

Cons: Paying for self-parking. Parking should be free or included in rate.

Pros: Great location for skiing at Northstar. Friendly staff. Very clean and recently upgraded.

Pros: room is clean. location is good (we went to Boreal Ski Resort, about 18 min away)

Cons: We stayed there for two nights. We didn't have the housekeeping service. Maybe it's on-demand?

Dreamy mountain luxury respite, slightly tucked away from touristy hustle/bustle.

Pros: I didn't have the breakfast, but the in room coffee was exceptional. I extra appreciated the bath tub and salt soak, and multiple seating options in the room to write in. The tall ceilings and curtains felt luxurious. Only thing that could have been better would be room service breakfast!😉

I would go back worked out perfect for us. Location was great.

Pros: Location and practicality The staff was great front desk, Russ and the person working the restaurant in the evening don’t remember his name, but the young man was very nice.

Cons: The breakfast was very expensive!! Looked just like free breakfast at 3 star places. Coffee in room was set up for 1 and we had No idea how to brew it. My husband thought it was possibly espresso??? Coffee at breakfast was free but presented with expensive buffet. I asked and was told it was complimentary. But then it wasn’t hot. We were not charged but found a slip of paper that said parking would be charged at 20$ per day. In low season??? Housekeeping forgot to make up our room so we had to exchange our own towels.
