Incredibly clean, great value for money.

Pros: Incredibly clean rooms, all staff were friendly & helpful. Great value for money. Breakfast was great. Free, easy to access parking.

Cons: Not a big issue - the elevator felt a little unsafe, we preferred to use stairs but would not stop me from staying again.

Because of the staffing kindness in fixing situatio it ended up nice. Breakfast was very nice

Cons: I had emailed the property twice the week Before requesting a bottom floor room. I sent one and never rec’d and answer so sent a second 2 days before arriving and no answer. When I arrived I was on the 3rd floor the farthest room at the end of the hall. There were no rooms available on 1st floor. So I’m guessing they dont check “contact property” emails. Or just failed to. Then my keys didn’t work and even the new ones didn’t work for the desk manager. He was very very kind and apologetic. He comped me a 1st floor suite and at the end of the ordeal was a nice ending to the frustration. Otherwise I probably would have done something different my next trip as I travel there every few months.
