Third time and it's my favorite

Pros: Updated and immaculate. Location is excellent. Felt safer than some of the newer hotels that seem to be in Little Mexico. Quiet. Staff was pleasant.

Pros: I’ve stayed at this location several times. I’ve always been treated very well by those working the front desk. Location is wonderful.

Cons: I know it’s a very small detail, but I hope the hotel considers getting better pillows. The current ones are awful. Too thin & uncomfortable.

Quick one night stay, with my grand niece. We enjoyed the room. It was clean and nicely stocked for the kitchenette.

Pros: Check in was great. Wish I remembered to ask the young lady’s name that checked us in. We arrived a little since we came from a party in the area. Warm smile, friendly welcome, easy check in!

Cons: Nothing really dislike. Hood location, fast stations, food and stores in the area.

Pros: The staff was very friendly. The room was very nice and clean.

Cons: Nothing, everything was fine.

I would come back anytime Family friendly stay.

Pros: Location was perfect we had everything we needed restaurants stores and more. Very welcoming staff made checking in fast.

Went above expectations

Pros: Spacious. Bed was super comfortable and loved the extra touch of the free popcorn. Loved all the channel options we had fot the TV also.

Cons: Can't think of anything that wasn't pleasant to be honest

Overall, the room was very nice and spacious, and the inside of the hotel smelled clean!

Pros: I liked the room was spacious, the bathroom was a good size and I loved the kitchenette area. The room set up was excellent.

Cons: The outside environment was dirty, the parking lot had broken glass in some of the parking spaces and the patio was a little dirty. I didn't like that I had to bring my dirty towels to receive clean towels. I feel the the patio area should be bigger and have more comfortable seating. We had to wait a couple of hours to use the patio.

You guys have absolutely fabulous customer service at this establishment. They were quick to greet us, happy to greet us

Pros: I loved that it had a little kitchenette in the room. However, it seemed to smell of dog in there. We didn’t wanna complain to the staff because they were so nice. Cons: Didn’t like that it look like that the floorboards on the side of the walls were torn out I just assumed that there was remodeling going on. Would stay again

Pros: Location was great! Loved that my length of stay didn't foster housecleaning.

Cons: There were some aesthetic details that made the place look or feel a little run down (missing baseboards in public areas).
