Fabulous accommodation in the perfect location

Pros: The location was superb, we could walk to the shops and restaurants... it was perfect! Justin and Jordan in the bar are professional and so welcoming.

Cons: Not a thing!

Pros: Room was very comfortable and clean. Had a nice view of the back of the hotel and river. Location is great. Walking distance to the downtown. There is a free shuttle service that is awesome! Perfect for a little get away.

Cons: Everything was great. One thing would be the ability to connect to the tv through your device and being able to stream. Not a game changer though.

Pretty good, but didn't eat there as it looked noisy and crowded in their dining room/bar..

Pros: It's a great spot with a lovely riverside trail to hike from the from door.

Cons: No Ev charging points on the property. They do other eco things, like organic toiletries in fixed containers--not disposable plastic, and water saving laundry suggestions, so EV charging points wo0hld complete the picture a bit more.

Lake Natoma Inn is now our go to hotel when we're staying in the Folsom area.

Pros: What a hidden gem! We had always stayed by the freeway when we visit family in the Folsom area, but no more. We love the location and its easy access to old town. The room was very quiet and comfortable.

Cons: A nightlight in the bathroom would have been appreciated, especially since the only light switch is outside the bathroom. Also, it would have been nice to have a little more room to get in and out of bed on the side by the wall. Some of us older folks need more room to maneuver:)

I would stay here again!

Pros: Friendly staff. Great location. Very clean. Beautiful patio!

Cons: Kind of a weird pot smell in the hallway. Bar, restaurant were way too bright

The staff were very pleasant and friendly.

Pros: Located near river and old town. Very comfortable room and excellent facility.

Cons: Excellent place to stay.

Stayed one night for new years event party that was across the street.

Pros: My husband and I had the strawberry waffles for breakfast. They were Delicious.

Cons: The bar and grill was not open for dinner service. The free transport was not available so we had to Uber across the street.

Have stayed here numerous times, and will again!

Pros: Location is near old town and family. It is nice and quiet too!

Location was good. It was very impromptu stay due to weather

Pros: Was visiting family on Christmas, weather was extremely bad so we decided not to drive. This is sbout 1 mile from sons apartment he just moved into. Great location. Due to holiday no services available, food, bar vending machinfe was out if water. Due to close location to family we will most likely stay again

Pros: Location near Hop Sings Palace on Sutter Street in Folsom.

Cons: Nice if the lounge was open more. It would be nice if they allowed pets. Of course service animals are welcome but my friend had to stay elsewhere as she travels with her yorkie dog and that dog is a pet.
