Pros: Nice room great location easy walk to lake and business area Nice lady on reception

Cons: Take the plastic wrap off TV screen… I didn’t because I didn’t want to be charged for vandalism 🤣🤣🤣

Please add shampoo and soap, and change the bedding to clean, stain-free sheets.

Pros: The hotel is located in the very center, and the staff is polite. The area around the hotel is quiet and peaceful. The room had hot water, an iron, and a hairdryer.

Cons: The bed was dirty and covered in stains. I believe the hotel owner could afford to provide proper clean bedding. There was dust on the bedside tables and lamps. Everything else was clean and had no unpleasant odors.

Unbeatable for the price! Quiet and good location!

Pros: Unbeatable for the price! You can't complain and I'm glad I stayed there! The rooms were as expected for this price category and I felt comfortable. My girlfriend, who is usually fussy, was also satisfied. It was quiet, you didn't hear any car noises. The beach was quite close. It's awesome to walk everywhere. And we loved the location, everything is close by. I would definitely come back again. Best regards from Berlin

Pros: A wonderful, beautiful and quiet stay … I liked the cleanliness of the place … I thank Mrs. Rica as she was a top classist and helped me a lot in searching for some tourist places … and she guided me to an Indian restaurant whose food was very delicious … Thank you Mrs. Rica from my heart …

Pros: very nice people! great location! great water pressure. good sized fridge and clean microwave.

Cons: replacing the old towels, sheets, and pillows would help a lot.

Excellent location

Pros: The location is excellent! It's just across the Heavenly shops.

Cons: The bed covering and towels had stains. Shampoo and soap were available, but they use sachets.

Great location by the Heavenly Valley Gondola.

Pros: You are getting an inexpensive room with a great location. You are an easy walk in ski boots to the Heavenly Valley Ski Resort Gondola. There a numerous cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. If you want to gamble the casinos are a short walk. You are paying for location. The room is simple and warm. Nice size TV.

Cons: They could have given me a wifi passwword.

Great stay!

Pros: Great location, price, friendly staff and it was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Cons: The only things could you some attention were that the sheets were clean but stained, and there was hair all over the sheets in the bed, pillows were flat and the shower could have used some bleach on the mold on the grout. Other than that, it was great!
