A great family stay

Pros: We stayed in the Three-Bedroom Villa, and it was easily the best hotel room I’ve ever seen. There are plenty of things to do around the property, and the swimming pool area is great too :). I’d definitely stay again 100%!

Comfortable stay in ideal location

Pros: Villa was very attractive, clean and comfortable. Perfect location next to slopes.

Cons: Fitness and sauna area could be nicer - sauna wasn’t open.

Peaceful escape to the top of the State.

Pros: Overall the unit we stayed in was nice. It was comfortable and accommodating. Everything worked properly. We didn't have any issues.

Cons: Only three minor complaints: - There was a smell coming from the sink, we believe, similar to old onions. The garbage disposal could use a thorough cleaning to solve this. - The rain shower head was overwhelming, had great pressure but that actually made it hard to breathe or escape the cascade of water! A rain head with more spread out nozzles would be worth considering. - One of the garage exits was out of commission because the door had been damaged. I'm sure this will be resolved soon but it did impact our stay. Not a big problem, just a minor inconvenience.

Exceeded Our Expectations Including a Wonderful and Friendly Staff.

Pros: The room was spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed the full-size kitchen and the fully furnished appliances and utensils, which allowed us to prepare meals in the room. The property thought of all the details by providing laundry detergent, dish detergent, a full-size coffee maker, creamer, and sweetener. The location was wonderful and just far enough from the lake that you can enjoy the peace and quiet, while being away from the traffic. Yet, it's just a quick drive down to the lake for shopping and sightseeing. We enjoyed our time here so much that we decided to extend our stay, and the property was very accommodating. We will recommend this property to all our family and friends and look forward to our next vacation here!

Cons: The hot tub in our building was not working, which was disappointing, but the staff was wonderful and offered us the use of one on their property next door. Most of the restaurants and shops next to the property were closed, which was to be expected, given the off-season. It made it quieter, which we enjoyed.

Relaxing & Quiet

Pros: This time of year it was super quiet and very comfortable.

Cons: Wish there were a few more places to eat and chose from in the village, but the place we ate at was super good! Rubicon pizza.

Stunning facility & a gorgeous setting.

Pros: Gorgeous property, well kept. Room was spacious and had everything we needed.

Cons: Oven didn’t work, had to call someone out. “Late check out” was only 1/2 hour pat normal check out, and it was low season. Not a lot of shops on the property were open.

We’ll be back!

Pros: Great location. Never needed to drive anywhere once we arrived. Staff are very attentive and friendly.

Wonderful resort that badly needs updating. But I

Pros: The Northstar resort is beautiful and perfectly located. The rooms were vet spacious and well equipped with many details including zoned heating/cooling and very well stocked kitchen.

Cons: The room we were given was badly worn. It had old furniture, wholes in the floors/carpets in several places. The bathroom walls needed cleaning. The drains in the bathrooms were broken and backed up.

Great location and comfortable apartment, fully equipes and clean

Pros: Best location you can get, directly above the Gondola and you have a special line so you skip the crowds. The property is clean and super comfortable
