Best trip and stay I’ve had in the city of kern

Pros: Everything was so nice and clean towels were very soft bedding was very comfortable. There’s no sense in the house. Nothing activated our allergies. The AC worked great very easy to find. There were no bugs in the house. Walking distance to and from the town

A truly wonderful large home for a family gathering!

Pros: Loved the size of the home & the location being so close to downtown Kernville & stores was great.The beds were also great, all of then were extremely comfy. I have a very messed up back & and neck, so I have a hard time sleeping thru the night when we're out of town, but I had no problems here.

Cons: These are not of great consequence, but, there's an extremely sharp grade as you're approaching the property, so we couldn't park our boat & truck in the drive. Although the neighbors saw our struggle & offered a solution of parking in front of their property. The ithere issue was the yard its filled with these stickers not like normal foxtails & my grandson & nephew had a few run ins with quite a few. But I do understand there's not really a way to fix that with the water restrictions in Cali .

Spacious, cozy and cute! 10/10 would book again!

Pros: I would love to gatekeep this for my family but I can’t not give this property the kudos it deserves! The house and full property are BEAUTIFUL! It had everything we needed and more. The booking photos and property details definitely does not do it justice. The whole house has a warm and cozy vibe, and it’s SUPER spacious! I was not expecting it to be so big which worked out perfectly for us. My family and I are already planning our next trip to come and stay here again.

Cons: The only issues we had were: 1) upon arrival and reaching out for lock box code, my call went straight to voicemail and had no response through messages until about an hour later. 2) dirty towels were left in the washer. Both could be honest mistakes so it didn’t ruin our stay at all. 3) we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the living room fan but the house AC was more than sufficient. And 4) the living room and master bedroom rugs gave me little tiny splinters on my clothes after sitting on it and once I got a splinter on my foot after walking barefoot on it. Don’t get me wrong it was cute, BUT I think that would definitely be the only thing I’d change, would the type of rug.

We had a wonderful time and would stay here again. Thank you!

Pros: Location was amazing and property was really cool and spacious.

Cons: Nothing of note.

Pros: Prime location. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bedding, pillows, and bed was by far the most comfortable and cozy I've ever slept in. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely book more time at this location.

Cons: Had a bit of trouble finding the key lock box. There are many many light switches and fan switches in the house that didn't work. But neither of these put any damper on the stay.
