Highly recommend a romantic and peaceful escape to nature! LOVED IT!
Pros: We loved the serenity in nature accompanied by the comfort. We LOVED the mirrored house and the view provided from it. Saw nature up close every morning. Magical. The wooden Hot Tub under the stars was perfect. The Japanese bidet, the robes and towels all felt luxurious. The spaghetti was a life-saver! Loved the air conditioning vent above the bed and the skylight. Outside shower was warm! So many thoughtful touches.
Cons: Here’s where it gets hard…explanations of how and where to find things were difficult. I read every document sent to me and still has many questions on where to find things and how to operate them. No one was on property to address questions or concerns. Example: Their website mentions a commissary to order food from, leading you to believe that you could buy something on property. This was not the case. I never saw where you could order online, but after texting with Kenneth, it became clear that you could put an order in with him way ahead of time, and someone would go to town and buy it for you and bring it back to the ranch. None of that was clear on the website. Thank God we brought snacks and food for the night, the spaghetti was a HUGE help. Also, the Internet (Starlink) was fine but no telephone call reception. We texted and used Booking.com message service which took more time to address problems. Like the projector I ordered for 2 nights. It cost $50 and wasn’t working.. (Turns out the remote needed new batteries and the projector needed to charge). But we couldn’t solve it until the next day because there was no one on property to address it. I finally messaged Kenneth through website phone number text and he responded pretty quickly, but if you travel outside of the resort at all, reception is little to none so communication was tough. We wanted to cook the first night, but the patio and cooking facilities had not been swept or wiped down and was covered in dead leaves and flowers. We cleaned it, which was fine, we just didn’t know we would have to. We couldn’t find where the brooms or outdoor cleaning tools were. Inside was clean, but only one half used roll of paper towels. So I would say…if you think you might need something, bring it! Definitely bring food and cleaning wipes, plus all the things the website says…ice, flashlight, etc and you will be fine.

Absolutely Fabulous Stay at Paradise Ranch Inn. 5 Stars!
Pros: My stay at Paradise Ranch Inn was an excellent experience from start to finish. It is truly a hidden gem! I stayed in The Awake House, a beautiful mirrored cabin, and loved every minute. The deck attached to the cabin had a hot tub overlooking the river—pure bliss! I also enjoyed the outdoor gym, private trails, peaceful waterfall, and even picked fresh eggs from the on-site chicken coop. Don’t miss the outdoor pizza oven! A perfect escape near Sequoia National Park. Every amenity available at the site added to the experience. From the thoughtful touches in the luxe cabin to the serene outdoor areas, everything was designed for comfort, relaxation, and connection to nature. I took full advantage of the amenities, and each one contributed to making my stay feel truly luxurious and rejuvenating. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a magical getaway spot. I’ll definitely be returning!
