New Luxurious 1BR Apartment Heated Pool Spa & Sauna

Great stay overall — clean, comfortable, and would definitely book again.

Pros: The apartment was very clean, modern, and exactly as described. The heated pool, spa, and sauna were great amenities and made the stay even better. Check-in and checkout were smooth, and communication was quick and helpful. The location was convenient and the area felt safe and quiet.

Cons: Honestly, nothing major. Everything met our expectations.

VERY comfortable and quiet

Pros: Gabi was GREAT! She responded to our requests for everything and made herself available if we needed anything at all - 5 stars for her! There was a good selection of spices, and it was very well equipped with excellent tools and pots/pans, and appreciated the coffee. The bed was great and the pillows fantastic! Plenty of room for the 2 of us. Very quiet. Loved being able to park in a private garage.

Cons: Adding salt and pepper and an open box of baking soda in the fridge would be good. Please provide info that for the heat to come on, you have to turn on the wall switch to the far left of the thermostat (nothing in the guest app nor anything in the apt tells you that). Usually there is a book that tells everything, but there was none. Never did figure out how to turn the fireplace on, but once we got the heat on, it wasn't necessary. We had a 9 night stay so needed more than 1 packet of laundry detergent. Also some liquid dish soap for washing dishes by hand and cleaning counters would be good.

Pros: The apartment was very comfortable and in a good location convenient to everything.

Cons: When we arrived, the cleaning staff had not turned on the AC. It was in the mid 90’s in Reno and the apt temp was 89 degrees. It took a while for the apt to cool down. We also weren’t made aware that there was a switch on the wall that turns on the thermostat. I called the property management company and they were very helpful. We didn’t have a shower rug in the bathroom and had to use one of the towels because the floor was very slippery. Unfortunately we were only supplied 3 large towels, and several wash cloths which really wasn’t enough for 2 people staying 5 days and there was no laundry detergent available as was stated in the description. However, when I contacted the property management company they immediately had a bath mat, laundry detergent, and hand towel sent to us that day by Instacart. The communication with the management staff was excellent which we were worried about beforehand since we arrived after hours. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

We loved our week here and will definitely stay the next time we are in town!

Pros: The facilities from the pool to the clubhouse to the gym were excellent. But the best part for us was the fully stocked kitchen. From every single size pot, pan, baking dish and even containers for leftovers to the spice rack and basic cooking supplies this was the best kitchen we have ever had access to on vacation. Because we love to cook in to save on eating out every night, the kitchen was the highlight for us. The appartment overall was clean and comfortable, and we had a great week staying here!

Cons: Everything was great!

Pros: Everything about the property was great. The staff were friendly and the entire place was super clean and neat.

Cons: The king size bed was super hard. It was a hard to sleep on.
