Pros: Localização perfeita. Próxima de centros comerciais, restaurantes e do aeroporto. Facilidade de deslocamento para alcançar estação de esqui, Lake Tahoe e destinos na California. Ótimo isolamento acústico, o que permitiu realizar o encontro da família sem incomodar os vizinhos

Cons: Tivemos o cheiro de água parada na casa motivado pelo encanamento congelado, o que foi objeto da atenção e providências do proprietário.
