Beautiful cosy cabin with a personal touch

Pros: The cabin is very cosy with attention to detail. You feel the love for nature and especially bears :) The kitchen is extremely well equipped with anything you need to make a meal, even coffee filters and spices. Location is great in the middle of the woods, but only 10 minutes to Tahoe City. We will definitely come again!

Great stay, comfortable and well stocked cabin. Especially would be great for families with separate living room spaces.

Pros: Located 20 min from Palisades/Alpine and 10min from Tahoe City. The cabin was comfortable and well stocked. Everything is as described. Hosts are responsive and helpful.

Cons: Something to be aware of is that the property is managed by Vacasa that requests you to sign their own rental agreement and download their own app. Some conflicting information such as the check out time is 11a on the booking profile but received automated messages from Vacasa that check out is 10a. Was not a problem for us but somewhat confusing at times. Also something to note if the upstairs bedroom is only accessible by walking through the upstairs bathroom. Again this was not an issue for us but something to note if splitting with a large number of people.
