My Place Hotel-Carson City

The location is excellent for us and the pizza delivery was great!(Pizzazza)

Pros: We were there because my husband was having foot surgery at Carson-Tahoe hospital. We told the woman that when we checked in and she put us in the nearest room to the entrance. It was so easy to get him in our room. We were less than five minutes to the hospital. I really appreciated all of this, since he was still a little groggy.

Cons: I honestly cant think of anything I didn't like.

Clean, modern, well furnished , comfortable, and good value for the money

Pros: The staff was friendly and informative. There were luggage carts, which made it very easy for myself as a single person with a dog to get everything in and out of the room. The room was a great size. Everything was clean. The towels were nice-thick and fluffy-and there were plenty of them. The bed was comfy. Everything worked fine.

Cons: I would’ve liked a pet walking area that had some grass.

Enjoyed the convenience and good price. Will stay there again.

Pros: Lots of thoughtful spaces for personal items: Kitchenette, huge refrig., good counter space for eating.,, great bathroom counter space. Very nice beds and high quality linens. Very close to medical facilities,,, quiet.

Cons: A little stark, but extremely functional. No lighting over kitchenette counter. Would have liked diffuser blinds in addition to blackout blind. No instructions for use of TV. Most annoying was lack of dimmer/ lighting control - ceiling lights are either all on or all off: hard to manuever in a very dark room without a dim light somewhere, very bright lights wake up sleeping partner. Perhaps add a \

Pros: Jocelyn was amazing. A true hero. She went far and beyond and I just really appreciate that. 100% Rockstar!!

Cons: My bed was a little off the ground. Jocelyn fixed that right away.

Pros: there was no breakfast service, but we had a a small kitchen so that was convenient.

Pros: Services in front were good, including the lady who helped me before leaving housekeeping great.

Cons: I stayed 3 days and never took out trash. Oh, changed towels. And we were out light for 5 hours

Nice hotel, with clean spacious rooms.with kitchenette.

Pros: Good location, spacious room , towel racks for ALL towels. Provided coffee in room and lobby. Guest laundry.

Cons: I forgot my night light in the bathroom when we checked out. When I called later the same day, desk person was not helpful. Didn't offer to check the room we had left only a couple of hours earlier.
