nice and safe place!

Pros: friendly staffs, nice big rooms, bowling room is huge and clean, restaurant inside is nice and clean!

Overall the stay was good.........Staff at Dining Room were great and friendly!

Pros: Guess the location was good, as we attended a family reunion at Mills Park in Carson City!

Cons: We did try to check in a little early at 2:30.............my daughters room was ready! Told us to come back at 3, then 3:30 then at 4:30 it was finally ready! Felt like the pillows could be fluffier and could be replaced! The smoke was so BAD! Guess being in Nevada smoking is legal inside buildings!

We enjoyed our stay after our issue was resolved.

Pros: We liked having an actual sit down breakfast as opposed to a Continental breakfast. However, the wait time was rather long for a quick breakfast. We also liked the multitude of options for families that didn't revolve around gambling. The staff were extremely friendly and incredibly accommodating when we had an issue that needed to be resolved.

Cons: It was difficult for my family and I to adapt to the smoky haze that filled the lobby, restaurant and hallways.

Great location in Carson City with friendly front desk staff

Pros: Front desk personnel incredibly helpful and welcoming.

Cons: The restaurant staff did not look like they were in knew what was going on for dinner and breakfast. Food was good and but it seemed chaotic

Las estancia estuvo muy bien

Pros: Los cuartos estaban amplios , muy limpios con vista excelente ubicación. Los baños muy limpios

Cons: El desayuno no fue de mi agrado ya que las papas tenían un sabor a aceite requeman muy mal sabor y las salchichas también. Los panqueques estaban buenos y grandes

Good value

Pros: Location was convenient for our plans to visit people. We were not planning to use other hotel amenities. Big name hotels were pricier so I spent a little less money for a larger amount of room / space

Cons: If you have a casino there is always a smell of cigarette smoke

Amazing!

Pros: Free breakfast was made fresh from the grille biscuits and gravy were great! Staff had exceptional customer service made us feel welcome and cared for. The bowling alley is fun too! I definitely will be returning !!

Pros: The room was extremely nice. They also had a great breakfast selection. And bowling was fun. Only complaint was the noise of the other guests running upstairs. However, that isn't the hotels fault. I definitely recommend
