A great stort stay

Pros: The service was great. Eve at the front desk was really kind and moved us to a room near the laundry so we could easily juggle the clothes and the kids. The room was comfy and clean. The breakfast had many options. Close to shops and easy to find. We wished we had felt the pool earlier, because the temp was perfect. Would highly recommend.

Very nice place for Clovis

Pros: The staff was great. The complimentary breakfast was very tasty. The room was nice and the bathroom was very clean

Pros: The staff was amazing! Friendly and attentive, accommodating any need me and/or my family had for the stay.

Cons: Nothing to not like. It wasn't a primo location, but what can you ask for in Clovis. Also the hot water was comfortable. I don't want scalding hot, but hot enough for my morning skincare routine would be nice

Greeted by very nice desk clerk and he began a wonderful attitude for our stay.

Pros: The man at the front seat in around 3 p.m. was extremely pleasant and helpful. Black hair probably mid -twenties and just someone road weary travelers were happy to meet in 100* weather. A valuable Fairfield staff member.

Cons: All was fine, no complaints.

Fairfield inn direct - don’t trust booking.com

Pros: I came to Clovis as my daughter was graduating from High School! I arrived to my dismay to discover that the hotel didn’t have my reservation and I showed them my app which had the active reservation. They couldn’t find my reservation. This was around midnight! I was so tired for traveling and didn’t need this head ache! So all of my good comments are not for booking.com but for the actual Hotel Staff! Alyssa the night manager was very helpful and thank her for her professionalism! We ended up just getting a room from the front desk and not Booking.com because they kept dropping the call at customer service! After the third call I asked to speak to a supervisor which was at 3am they still refused to connect me with one. I will not be using booking again until this is corrected in the future and won’t hold my breath!
