SureStay Hotel by Best Western Hollister

Pros: Safe, clean and reasonable place for this price. Flexible check-in and check-out. All in all good experience for short stay.

Cons: I expected more from the breakfast and there could be little more snacks or so to buy.

Very clean rooms!!

Pros: The rooms were super clean!! Two thumbs up! Bed & pillows were comfortable, I like that the rooms had basic necessities like shampoo & body wash in the shower & lotion, iron, & a blow dryer because I always forget something. Also they have coffee & tea items in the room as well to make a cup. The air conditioner was nice & chilly the way I like it. Breakfast consist of ( make your own waffles) cereals, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, English McMuffins, different jelly’s, pre packaged fruit pastries, oranges. Coffee machine with several choices like expreso, decaf & an apple & orange juice machine. Great selection to be able to eat something fast & the breakfast area was very clean as well. Great customer service by the woman checking us in as well she has a good personality & answered all my questions.

Cons: I wish there was water pitchers available during breakfast that’s all.

Pros: The staff was friendly. The free breakfast was just a Continental Breakfast.. Coffee, tea, or juice. Toast, cereal, and Danish. Rooms were clean, the beds were comfy and not too high.

Cons: We had an issue with the bath tub... It was very slippery, and my husband fell. All tubs should have back handles and bath mats! For safety.

Good location if you are visiting the area such as Pinnacles National Park and the lower Bay Area.

Pros: The location is off the highway so it is easy to get to. The downside is also the location and how you have to go around the block in order to get into the location as the center median blocks any left turn into the said property. It would be a great location if the center median can be open to allow vehicles to turn into the property.

Cons: The location and that's really it. Breakfast is standard and nothing special. The staff keeps the breakfast area very clean. Checking in and out isn't difficult although it could improve if they wanted vehicle information for parking. Not sure why they need security deposit when checking in.

Pros: Letto molto comodo e piscina disponibile in loco. Fiore all’occhiello il marchingegno per favorire l’inserimento in piscina anche per i più svogliati.

Cons: La colazione poteva essere un po’ più ricca.

Wonderful clean beds with friendly staff and great lobby. Breakfast was good. I’m glad they had eggs and sausage.

Cons: The lobby was a bit cold – the air conditioner was on too high.
