Mammoth Mountain Inn

Pros: Lovely place to stay and would be amazing in winter. Staff were wonderful with a shout out to Marcus who provided us with a wonderful upgrade (which was very much appreciated thankyou).

Cons: Only criticism is, the resort is getting a little old.

Great place to explore mammoth mountain and the surrounding region.

Pros: Very friendly staff especially in the bar view from there was awesome 😎 Ate first night it was lovely. Having a fridge & drink making facilities. Place felt old & a little tired but added to the atmosphere

Pros: We ended up paying to upgrade to a condo which had a full kitchen/dining/living and two bedrooms - one with ensuite, and a full bathroom separate. This room was fantastic!

Cons: It's about a 10-15 minute drive out of town which was difficult to tell on Google Maps. Perfect if it was ski season though!

Love this place

Pros: We love staying here for the location alone. The beds are always comfortable and I love that they have multiple jacuzzis in semi private covered patio areas. Staff and service has always been friendly and accommodating every time we come here. Ski almost right up to the front doors.

Cons: A bit pricey for a Sunday night, but the location is why. Also wish they had microwaves in the rooms.

Pros: If you want to ski, this is a perfect location to stay, you can just walk to the lifts. The restaurant has decent food.

Cons: The rooms are in need of deep cleaning. The carpets in the facilities are so old and smelly.

Great place to stay if you plan to ski/snowboard at mammoth.

Pros: It’s a great place to stay if your are in mammoth to snowboard, even better if you have people taking lessons or need services from the main lodge like getting your ski or snowboard waxed or repaired. The jacuzzi is hot and has a great view of the mountain which is great after a long day boarding. The rooms are what you’d expect from any basic hotel and they have everything you need from coffee, tv’s, comfy beds (on the firm side), and hot showers. There’s also a free shuttle to take you in to the village. I’d recommend a generous tip to the drive for prompt service.

Cons: I can’t really pinpoint anything that could have been better.
