Comfortable stay and good location. Enjoyed the pool on a hot afternoon!

Pros: Breakfast was very good. Nice selection of food items from which to choose. Staff at desk was very helpful and pleasant.

Cons: The desk in my room was much taller than the chair. I couldn’t sit at it. Strange height combo.

Excellent

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. Nice friendly, helpful staff. The room was quite large, and the bed was very comfortable. Shower was also very good. Location was good for us but maybe too far out of Placerville for others. Mexican restaurant next door was extremely handy. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Free car parking was a great bonus.

Excellent excellent!!

Pros: The room was clean and stacked! Staff was very responsive when needed. Bathroom was clean! I highly recommend. Lots of parking! I will come back again or book from a different best western. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was responsive with refilling the food!

Cons: Nothing at all. Wished I had booked this instead where I stayed.

Nice place. Pool and spa are nice extras. The breakfast was great. But the staff made things even better. Always smiling

Pros: Our room was big and comfortable. The location is easy on and off the freeway. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Especially the you men working the breakfast room.
