Safe friendly great price

Pros: Both gals were kind helpful and made me feel safe and comfortable I will def stay again when visiting the area

Wonderful room, nice staff, everything was so clean.

Pros: My room was one of the cleanest room I’ve stayed in, everything was spotless, including the bathroom, which was exceptionally clean. The white linens and towels were beautifully white, fresh and clean. The property was pretty full and it was surprisingly quiet. The front desk gentleman was extremely nice, especially since I checked in after midnight, I appreciated his kindness and professionalism.

Cons: I have nothing to complain about. If I could wish for something, a larger TV would be real nice in the rooms. That being said, it didn’t distract from the rest of the appointments in the room, like the comfortable bed, the full size refrigerator, the microwave and the sink in the little kitchen area was an added nicety.

Which i could of stayed longer.

Pros: The only issue was having to wait for an early check in, which i understand they were pretty full. I which hotels had a way to accomodate people traveling wanting to check-in in the mornings. Robin was very pleasant and accommodating. I think my only complain would be the bed was a bit uncomfortable you could feel the springs. Maybe a new bed for that room. Other then that I will definitely come back. The shower worked great! Great service and the room was clean and comfortable.

Pros: Location was great. Right near freeway and right near many restaurant choices and stores and services. Staff was helpful and friendly. The staff walked over to our entrance door to ensure my daughter, who has mobility issues was able to get upstairs. Very quiet even though the motel was full and a concert venue was nearby. Nice stay.

Pros: Traveling as a single woman I felt very safe and secure at this location. The staff were friendly and courteous.

Instead of a hole being placed for a deposit for the room I was actually charged which makes it long

Pros: Deposit for rooms should be returned promptly and not taking five to seven business days that's ridiculous

Cons: Still waiting on my second deposit to be returned

Thanksgiving day last minute reservation

Pros: No breakfast at this location, however, There is a Denny's right there. The location is easy to find and convenient to the freeway. All your basics are provided. Microwave, Refrigerator, Iron and iron board coffee in room. Basic table, 2 chairs and desk with charge points. My view was the parking lot. All in all it worked out perfect for us.

Pros: The front desk person, Robin, was very kind, friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome our entire stay.

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. Staff made sure I was aware of deposit policy and confirmed my reservation. It was nice have a size fridge and small sink.

Cons: Internet was difficult to get on my tablet. Also I stayed 3 nights and never recieved any housekeeping to restock coffee.

Pros: The room(s) have been completely renovated. I was surprised when I opened the door to the room and found it new and clean. It was amazing, it really was.

Cons: When I first checked in and went upstairs and down the hall I was very skeptical because the hallway had old carpet and it was dirty, not nice at all but as mentioned above, the room was a huge pleasant surprise. Maybe they are still working on the renovation.
