Pros: The hotel, the room and the staff were excellent. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was adequate. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am a little sad about the extra cost of $108.34. I did not use the parking lot because I do not drive, I only used the room and the dining room. My little dog is housebroken, he does not poop inside, only in the yard, I picked up the poop, I used the litter box as instructed. There was nothing extra.

Cons: The rom was $401,68 and an additional $100 was added for my dog which is fine, but when I checked in they deducted $510 from my account and then another $100 so the total was $610. The bill I received when I checked out only showed $501,66 I don't understand what the extra $108,34 is.

Nice place to stay on way to Lake Tahoe

Pros: Courteous and friendly service. Staff helpful and considerate. Clean rooms & public areas, nice outside back patio area.

Cons: Omission of prepayment (booked & paid 11 months previously) was charged again at check out. However desk manager sorted it all out so we're happy in the end. Would definitely stay again

Fantastic stay with a ton is amenities

Pros: The front desk staff was amazing. When we used the pool at residence inn, Paul was AMAZING AT ACCOMMODATING us! Super friendly and so helpful!

Pros: Convenient location. Lots of great shops and restaurants nearby. Nice sized room. Very nice lobby area.

Cons: Our room was facing the freeway so there was a bit more noise than I’d prefer.

Everything was fine.

Pros: location, next to the freeway. The room was a good size.

Cons: We didn't get charged for parking because of the construction, otherwise they would charge us 12.00 a day. I don't like beening charged for parking. The bathroom ran out of body wash and never refilled while we were there . We did let them know.

Pleasant stay in Folsom

Pros: Late check in was easy. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Best of all the beds were very comfortable! I have back problems and had no issues sleeping. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a wonderful outdoor mall across the street!
