Hilton Garden Inn Folsom

Pros: The workers are all very friendly, the hotel is very clean

Great spot to stay in lovely Folsom.

Pros: Very clean hotel with two very comfortable queen beds in the room There is a guest laundry which is really useful when travelling. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful.

Cons: Wasn’t able to sleep the last night. Our room overlooked the pool and music in the pool area was still playing quite loudly at 4am. I called reception and was advised it would be turned down. Not sure why it’s even necessary to have music playing outside throughout the night.

Pros: The mattress, pillows, and blanket are not too comfortable. The pool and hot tub are clean. Very quiet. The room is spacious.

Good location but a little tired.

Pros: Our room was a good size and the air-conditioning worked well. The hotel is very conveniently located for the SACRT and local shops.

Cons: The accommodation looks tired in places.

Pros: We have stayed here twice now and really enjoyed both stays! A big shout out to the front desk clerk who checked us in, she was amazing!

It was great, comfortable and clean.

Pros: The property was really clean, the staff were amazing and went above and beyond. Checking in was easily and seamless as I was able to check in on the Hilton app, same with checking out

Cons: The only downside was the elevator was a little sketch and had issues opening a couple of times after getting to our floor. Onlyyyyyy true recommendation is to fix the elevator, and thicker toilet paper 😅

Pros: I like that pets are allowed, and they have a place for pets outside.

Cons: I did not like, that when we went outside to use the 'doggie area', there was a person sitting there, smoking. We just walked away, to a different area......as much as I appreciate the 'doggie area', it is small ( again, completely fine)....but, not when a smoker is there. Maybe a separate place for smoking?👍🏼

Pros: La ubicación en relación al punto de recogida para la salida del Maratón de California es excelente. La atención del personal es muy buena, muy atentos.

Cons: Un día cambiaron las toallas y omitieron volver a poner nuevas toallas. Aunque no pasó de solicitarlas en recepción y las mandaron a la brevedad. Se que esto pasó con otras habitaciones

Superior Staff

Pros: We arrived a day early for our event, and the experience exceeded all expectations. The staff here is genuinely EXCELLENT at what they do. Michael, Jomah, Mario, Tanya, Daniel, Lynn, the cook, and the wonderful ladies assisting in the rooms created a warm, family-like atmosphere that made us feel truly valued. Their kindness and attentiveness transformed our stay from just a visit into something memorable. Each interaction was filled with genuine care, making it clear they are true blessings. We left feeling grateful and excited to return in the future. Highly recommended!

Cons: We didn't like leaving.
