Best Western Roseville Inn

Stay was wonderful, I couldn't recommend it more!

Pros: Continental Brekky was the best I have ever had! The room, pool and gym were clean. I was travelling alone and felt safe the whole time! will definitely be staying again.

Cons: The room keys were not reliable, didn't work half the time, but the office staff are always there to help out.

Due to the circumstances of my trip, it was nice to have a comfortable stay at your hotel.

Pros: Enjoyed the variety of breakfast selections. All of the staff were pleasant and very eager to satisfy any request. The surroundings around the property were clean and I felt safe since I am a senior that was very important to me.

Cons: Maintenance needs to check out the bathroom toilets. The water continued to run after flushing. I had to shake the handle to make it stop.

Pros: I liked the cleanliness and the room was comfortable.

Cons: The hot and cold shower knob was confusing. The air in the bathroom was loud and couldn't be turned off.

I will stay next time

We will stay there again if we go to Roseville. The cost for the hotel is very reasonable.

Pros: The support from the front desk clerk. Clean room. Very good breakfast and place to eat it.

Cons: Linens and mattress cover need to be replaced. Could only use the refrigerator and TV because one of the outlets was not working. Phone calls for precheck-in did not go through.

It meet my expectations, and was satisfactory in meeting my needs on a work related trip.

Pros: Everything was fine, compared to a lot of other hotels, this one is one of the better places. I try to come here every time I come in for work in Sacramento. I should be back by late November or early December.

Please, and both days were very pleasant. The breakfast was excellent, and the employees were very courteous.
