Extended Stay America Suites - Sacramento - Roseville

Pros: I really liked this hotel. Friendly staff, good location and very clean rooms. Next time I'll stay in the same place

Pros: The room was nice, the people at the front desk were exceptionally NICE, helpful & kind. One person stands out - STEVE, he went above & beyond for us, VERY nice young man. He should be running the place ;-)

Cons: Honestly the bed was waaayyy to firm for us. Our backs were sore upon waking up. That was the only bad part about the entire stay.

Pros: The hotel was great , staff was great . you cant find anything for $80 bucks this good ! The front desk was freindly special thanks to a short young lady I forgot her name .

Pros: The free breakfast snack is what you would expect for it being free. Not great but not terrible either.

Cons: I have been overcharged for my stay. First by booking.com and secondly, I was charged incorrectly by the hotel which turned out to be the cost of my stay plus the deposit which has been returned to me.

Pleasant and relaxing

Pros: The laundry room was awesome! I had dirty clothes and it was so convenient having the washers and dryers there on site!!

Cons: Side doors would not open with key card after 10pm? Not cool, I had to walk around twice to come back to my room.

Pros: The room is clean and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. It fits my budge.

Overall we had a great stay at the extended stay America. We would definitely stay there again.

Pros: The hotel staff were helpful and the kitchen facilities were amazing. Our room had a good sized fridge and stove. The staff even provided dishes, pots and pans and a toaster upon request, no additional cost. After arriving home, we relieved that one of our party had left a very expensive item in the room. We called the hotel and explained that we were several hours away and couldn't comeback to pick up the item. The hotel staff when out of their way to mail it to us.

Cons: The only thing that could have been better was the bed size. We got a double room, so the beds were a little small for two people.

Mostly comfortable and convenient. I’ll be back;)

Pros: Location works well for me… wish the recliner was not broken.

I was pleasantly surprised how nice this property was, given the cost and my prior experience.

Pros: The room was very clean and looked as if it was upgraded as it was very nice. Check-in process was a few minutes but not bad (the solo employee had an arm sling so was limited in activity). Parking was plentiful and check-out very smooth and quick. For the price I feel this is the best overnight stay property in the area.

Cons: Additional staff to check-in.
