It was comfortable. Would stay again.

Pros: We liked having extra space--its basically a one bedroom unit with a stocked kichenette. Having a stove, refridgerator and microwave plus all cooking and eating utensils was very helpful. Free breakfast was great too!

Cons: Our room backed up to the highway, so there was some noise. It's not terrible, but it reminds you you're in roadside lodging. Also $10 parking fee.

I would stay here again, especially if it was for a longer period.

Pros: Lots of space. Well equipped with the basics. Nice having a full sized refrigerator

Cons: Update the website. Parking charge on the web was $10. The actual charge was $12. That's a minor issue, but could have one question the accuracy of the rest of the information.

Pros: I love the location having a stove,dishwasher and full size refrigerator in room was wonderful to be able to have groceries and cook meals and the staff is very nice accommodating housekeeping is wonderful place is very clean room is very clean loved having laundry on site in building that you don't have to pay for or leave and go elsewhere for that was a great perk as well considering I needed somewhere to stay for three weeks while waiting to move to a new area for my job this place met all my needs felt like I was living in a apartment like home and it's very quiet here you don't hear noise very peaceful and relaxing stay

Cons: not much room had no cooking utensils or cookware not sure if there was some at one point I had my own with me so that worked out nothing else to say

We will stay here again in the future

Pros: Shower soap awkward Hard to get soap out of dispenser Miss no bar soap for sink but room was spotless and comfortable Did not use kitchen except to store leftovers from restaurant We like to stay here when we go to a concert at Thunder Valley

Buen hotel para pasar unos días.

Pros: La cama era muy cómoda y la habitación amplia. Tenía cocina incorporada. El personal fue muy amable. Es un sitio silencioso. Tiene parking gratuito.

Cons: El desayuno te lo daban en una bolsa y lo llevabas a la habitación. Tenía pocas opciones. La nevera de la habitación hacia mucho ruido. La ropa de cama no era suficiente y a veces hacía frío.

Pros: It was clean, the bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked, we didn't use the shower, so i don't have feedback on that aspect.

Cons: The parking details on the booking site didn't align with the property's protocol. Booking.com said parking was included, but I was charged for parking at the hotel. The hotel said it is booking.com's problem, not theirs, essentially.

If you are looking for somewhere that you can cook your own food - this is a good choice.

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and super helpful.

Cons: My room was close to an interstate so I heard a ton of traffic noise all night.

Pros: service was pleasant and attentive, location is good and across from the popular waterpark. linens and towels were clean

Cons: the hotel felt very old. carpet was well used and could be seen coming up in the hallways and near elevators. top floor is for long term residents. design was very dark colored wood and carpets were decades old along with furniture. otherwise, linens and towels were clean but thin. complimentary breakfast was unusual in that your choices from the normal items were required to be submitted on a piece of paper the evening before and you had to choose a time for pickup the next morning from the lobby. coffee and juice were available in the breakroom. parking $10. no pool

Not as polished

Pros: Close to home for a nice staycation to our entertainment that evening.

Cons: Bagged breakfast was less than desirable, seemed like I went to the gas station and grabbed all their quick grab and goes to eat on the run, you have a full kitchen in every room I would have used it maybe an omelette kit with fresh eggs cheese veggies and meat with yogurt hot cereal and fruit on the side would be better than boiled in a bag eggs. The missing art work in the halls and loose handles on the bathroom doors make it seem like you need more maintenance help. Both the hand soap and the soap in the shower were empty so washed with shampoo miss the little bottles at least they were unopened and smelled good now it's a spray of refilled, if your lucky, mystery soap. Not sure if it's worth staying closer less gas money or just going up the hill to Reno where it's cheaper and the foods better. Still had a good time even tho that sun did come straight thru that corner room no sleeping in even on vacation.

Amazing Staff, Clean Comfy Room, Great Price

Pros: The woman that checked us in was very friendly, amazing breakfast and just exceptional staff in general. very accommodating and gave us a late check out for free due to it being our anniversary.
